Location is perfect, especially if you’re visiting the city and want to be centrally localized. Very close to the train station that can take you to the airport. It was clean and maintained daily. I loved the included breakfast, makes it easy and a great way to start your day and not having to worry about food. Staff is all friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

The room was a little small, and the towels felt a little dry and worn on and bedsheets/comforters weren’t great. But it did have a great bed/mattress and pillows. Wasn’t a huge deal for me because I came there to be outside and on the go.

Bed and linen were extremely comfortable. The Tempo Bar and bartender Doug were so hospitable- loved the TVs that played NFL games and all the sitting area in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was incredible as well! Would definitely stay again.

Wish there were multiple entrances at street level- but wasn’t a deal breaker.

Absolutely loved the hotel clean rooms friendly staff for the most part.

We booked a taxi to arrive to pick us up at 2am to head to the airport and the woman that booked it was super sweet and helped us reserve our taxi. however when we came down there was no taxi and the receptionist that was there was more than rude and unaccommodating. We asked about the reservation and she said the taxi has nothing to do with her and it’s not her responsibility. We let her know we had prearranged the ride which is why we were asking and she said if we want to call the taxi were welcome to because she made it clear that was not her job. We were taken aback by the situation and the delivery. It’s a shame because i had nothing but positive reviews about the hotel up until our final interaction, it really left a bad taste.

I got food poisoning from the breakfast. I have been sick from the mishandling of the cooked food.

Great location, central to everything in Downtown. Clean, comfortable and lovely staff. The facilities namely the gym and laundry services were good. We had a lovely stay.

Uninterested staff. Do not liked being called Honey by the front desk staff Room did not have any shampoo . When I asked for some, nothing had been done for an hour, chases it up, took another half hour to get some shampoo for the room.

It was a very clean hotel and the front staff were excellent !

My next door room had construction going on in the morning . It’d been nice if they left a note or told me upon check in about the noise

Check in was a mess, too many people waiting for rooms… Parking was valet only

We were caught in an expected, torrential rain, and as we entered the hotel, dripping wet, we were offered towels which were so appreciated and they have washer and dryer’s, which allowed us to dry everything that got soaking wet what we had on and what was in our bags, we only stayed one night, but we were very comfortable .

Having a restaurant in the hotel would’ve been perfect since we got in kind of late, and the weather was terrible… We could’ve called Grubhub so we wouldn’t have starved …

The only thing nice about the property was the location. It definitely wasn’t the staff.

My room flooded the first night because of the toilet. They sent maintenance to the room, and he left all of his tools and toilet parts on our bathroom counter. He also filled or garbage can full of toilet water and didn’t even empty it. The phone in your room didn’t reach the front desk. They tried to send maintenance a second time when the toilet flooded AGAIN within a few minutes. I requested a new room because they tried to send maintenance to my room and my friend and I were trying to go downtown for the holiday weekend so we couldn’t have someone in our bathroom a second time. They said they were booked out, but eventually made us pack everything in our room up upstairs before they would give us a new room. The front desk handed me a room key, didn’t make eye contact with me, and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I have never had such a bad experience at a Hilton hotel. I definitely want my money back.

Breakfast was pretty basic. And the use of plastic cutlery and disposable plates is very wasteful. It's no hard to clean reusable ones

Didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it would have been delicious. Love the valet parking, makes me feel at ease about my vehicle.
