Room smelled of smoking even though it was a non-smoking room, practically no wifi in the room

Мы остановились в отеле проездом, но если бы ехали отдыхать в Шанхай - остановились бы здесь с удовольствием. Номер просторный, постель белоснежная, воздушная, вылазить не хотелось. В ванной было мыло, гель душ и шампунь, полотенца разные, белоснежные. В номере бутылочка воды на человека, есть чайник, кружки с крышечками и чай. Мебель не замученная, все очень достойно. На ресепшен разговаривают по-английски. Завтрак включён по типу шведский стол, все было вкусно. Есть бесплатный трансфер от/до аэропорта 🌺🌺🌺, это очень здорово, что не надо думать как добраться до отеля (заранее звонить не надо, надо просто сесть на шатл по расписанию). Рядом есть супермаркеты, магазины, парк красивый 🤩🤩🤩. В общем, все очень понравилось, рекомендую 👍👍👍

Не работает GOOGLE, но, к счастью, работает Яндекс. Нам надо было пройти регистрацию на рейс, и нам повезло, что оказался Яндекс в телефоне у мамы. На ресепшене нам не смогли помочь. Вся эта ситуация, конечно, не имеет отношение к отелю (!). Просто информация для посетителей из России 😉

Thank you to the management to directly take action to make fork and spoon easily accessible after I posted my review. Just one minor detail though: even though the melamine spoon is usable for eating rice on the plate, wouldn't metal spoon that matches the metal fork be more appropriate? I noticed that many of your guests were westerners, so I am sure they will appreciate it too :)

- when the hotel is not too busy, better run maintenance on that elevator, the doors squeaks each time they open or close :) - the mian bao warming box may need maintenance too because it turns out that the bao was not warm at all, or was it just a regular glass box and not a warming box?

工作人員非常熱情也很親切，給昨晚的櫃檯服務人員（編號305）一個大大的讚❤️❤️，因為太晚了我們要寄東西，但是沒有中國手機號的我們沒辦法使用當地的寄送服務，她非常貼心幫我們處理包裹！下次如果再來上海，還要來往星之悦❤️❤️廚房的服務人員也很熱情，早餐很好吃！

My king size bed, the good breakfast, the complementary shuttle bus from and to the airport, the driver didn’t speak English but he was friendly and professional. Many affordable and good local restaurants to eat nearby.

The airport shuttle was on time, the drivers were kind. The receptionist was very nice, they spoke English, and were super flexible with the checkin time. They also offered me a breakfast one day prior and it was great. Bed was comfy and clean.

When I tried to speak via booking messages I kept gettin Chinese texts which were hard to follow. The bathroom has a glass wall (but it also has a shade, so its ok). I didnt find any Western tv channels.

The airport bus was so convenient and efficient - it was perfect for our layover. We were able to have breakfast when we arrived at 7am. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed.

Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Hotel itself is dated, but the rooms are fine.

This hotel was the perfect stay for me as i had a 30hr transit and wanted to be close to the airport and Disneyland, and this hotel was in between both. The lady at the reception was kind enough to order me a taxi. Area seemed safe for a single female solo traveller, there isn't much around but i did step out to KFC. It was good value for money in terms of transit purposes.

The shuttle to the airport stops at multiple hotels before it makes it way to the airport, i was unaware of this and thought i would miss my flight as it added about 20-30 minutes on top of the journey. You just have to factor in an extra 30 minutes. Other then that everything else was perfect!

Shuttle service dropped us at wrong hotel. We booked Joyful Star but we were dropped at Joyful Yard. Spent half an hour to check-in wrong hotel. Later they took us to the right hotel. Lady with glasses at the Reception was very nice. Her English is very good and she knows her job very well.

The hotel has an airport shuttle that is so nice, especially at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. WARM water as a welcome drink - it touched my heart. When we came to the room it was so warm inside (we were in January it was cold weather). Black out curtains. Amazing comfortable bed and pillows, like in Hilton hotels. At breakfast were a lot of different foods like pasta, meat, egg, toast, traditional buns, vegetables, hot lemon water, super and surprisingly delicious coffee.. Very friendly kitchen staff. Close to the bus station which brings you to the metro. To the centre around 45 min. For us it was a good challenge and experience. In the metro everything is easy if you know where to go. It has a nice park and local street food. We will definitely come back here.

Cuando pregunté donde estaba el servicio shuttle bus del aeropuerto hasta el hotel me facilitaron por correo los datos.

El conductor del autobús me indicó erróneamente donde tenía que bajar ya que el bus iba a 3 hoteles y me hizo bajarme (tras preguntarle yo) en el que no era y suerte que en la puerta había otro bus que me llevó hasta mi hotel.

De vriendelijke receptionist, de bedden sliepen heerlijk. De shuttlebus naar het vliegveld was wel goed geregeld

vanaf de luchthaven kon niemand mij vertellen waar de shuttlebus was, ze spreken nauwelijks Engels. Uiteindelijk een taxi genomen die mij eerst bij het verkeerde hotel wilde afzetten was echt een ellende

Pokój ze wszystkim czego potrzebujesz na jedną noc. Włącznie z lokalnym, chińskim śniadaniem. Recepcjonistki pomocne(pomagały nam uwolnić się od taksowkarza naciągacza) można się porozumieċ po angielsku. Jest faktycznie shuttle bus ale łatwiej z nim pojechać na niż z lotniska. W okolicy prawdziwe, lokalne życie. Można trafić na pyszne “ patyki”

Odległość do centrum wymaga wzięcia taksowki. Okna mogłyby być czystsze. Całość wygląda jak dawny PRLowski hotel robotniczy.

The room was much nicer than I expected especially for the price. The wifi worked well for me and the free shuttle was very convenient. I stayed one night and had to go to the airport the next morning, the staff even offered a free drink at check in. A typical Chinese breakfast is also included. The shuttle arrived on time and the staff was really nice.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切かつ丁寧に対応してくださった。室内もきれいだったし、ビュッフェスタイルの朝食も込み、それに浦東空港までのシャトルバスに無料で乗ることが出来るのは本当に助かった。

地下鉄の最寄り駅からバスでホテルの近くまで行くので、夜遅くに帰ろうとするとバスが終わっているため、タクシーをつかまえる必要があるのが、良くなかったというよりは難点と言えば難点かも。

朝食が期待以上だった。空港・ホテル間のシャトルバスが深夜・早朝でも定時に運行さてていた。

上海プードン国際空港でのシャトルバスへの乗り場へのルートが分かりにくく、空港の案内センターや保安警察の係員・警官に尋ねなければ、行きつけ無かっただろう。

Номер с удобной кроватью, в ванной чисто. В шаговой доступности кафешки с большим разнообразием блюд. На завтрак мы не попали, так как уехали в аэропорт в 5 утра, но порадовало то, что персонал дал в дорогу ланч бокс с булочными и соком без просьбы об этом.

Было очень холодно в номере. Долго настраивали кондиционер на +30. Было бы приятно, если при заселении в номер с нами отправили человека, который сразу включил кондиционер на обогрев.

Airport shuttle was very efficient and useful. It was a fast transfer. The hotel had our booking ready and the room was exactly as expected.

The clear glass to the bathroom was a bit off putting, though with a blind made it useable. The lack of restaurant for out of breakfast hours meant that we had to source food outside. However, this wasn't a problem.

今までの旅行者の意見が反映されてか、空港での送迎方法が明確に知らされており、悩まずに待てたこと。近所にスーパーやコンビニがあって、諸々困ることが無かった。カード決済で障害があったが、このサイトを通じてうまくやりとりが出来て無事に泊まれた

地下鉄の駅に近いとなお良いと思いますが、そうなると宿泊料も高くなるかな？朝食が油濃い感じだったので、コストのこともありますが、美味しい生野菜が食べられるとなお良いと思います。
