Good location, close to the train station. Central London can be reached in 30 minutes. The flat was clean and well equipped - internet, washing machine, dishwasher, bath with shower, 2 bedrooms ideal for families or 2 couples. For us, the free parking at the house was a plus. Nearby shops, services, restaurants. I recommend Smokin Patty (burgers), Sea Shell Fish and Chips and The Griddle Diner for a full English breakfast. (Translated with DeepL

I stayed six nights with other three friends in flat 1. I've been surprised by the great number of conforts avaible. This flat has everything you need and it seems like your home. From the fridge, passing to linens up to the silence given by the strategic position. Metro Station is 5 minutes far from location, served also by National rail Services. Despite the hour on trains, necessary for getting in the city centre, you can enjoy your vacation thanks to a quiet place located in outstriks of London. The price conviced me about booking here, i reccomend to everyone this place. If i'll be in london in the future, i'll surely consider to came back. Thank you guys!

Really strange check in.

Location was perfect for travellin in and out of London via Elizabeth line. Also a Tesco just up the road made self catering easy. There was also a friendly pub about 100 yards away.

Near Elizabeth line which helps get into central London. Apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need and near multiple tesco's

we stayed here for 3 nights and it was a very positive experience! the apartment is equipped with all the comforts, the owner was super friendly and helpful on arrival and also the customer service was efficient and available for any questions. clear instructions for check-in and check-out. the location is great, a minute passes a bus that takes you anywhere and less than 10 minutes away is the west-driton train station, also well connected

Almost eveything. Clean rooms. All required appliances for a confortable stay. Convinient to travel across London both through tube and bus. Paul's hospitality. Highy recommended for couple or family stay. Thanks Paul!

Liked almost everything. Only difficulty I had was at start, where I couldn't see any sign board to make sure that its Paul's place :) and key lock was bit hidden.

the garden was perfect, everything was as described, maybe better:) we really enkoyed the stay here.

Main bedroom size and comfy large bed. Beautiful garden. I would recommend Paul's place as it offers comfort.

Recommend a large full length mirror and instructions on how to switch off radiators. Just turned on in summer and no way of finding main switch unfortunately. Need instructions on how to use tv channels.

Very clean. Beds were very comfy. Tub was great. Lovely garden. Owners were great when I wanted to add a day to my stay. And again when I had technical difficulties trying to get the registration info sent to them they stayed in co tact with me and helped me out.

Everything was perfect. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen utensils all in excellet condition and came in handy given our long stay. The back garden was a gem on sunny days

Nothing not liked. The smaller bedroom can do with some air flow or carpet shampooing

Was able to cook, location was brilliant, garden is beautiful and peaceful. My kids enjoyed it.

Excellent Host & Lovely Garden

I liked everything about this apartment. Was lovely, handy and had everything I needed. We visited legoland, Chessington , Windsor Castle , Natural history museum/ science Centre and Olympic park. Really close to everything without being too busy. Hosts lovely and great range of shops and good play park close by. Great for familes, with someone outside space and a TV in both rooms to chill out at night

Our stay at Paul’s place was simply a really marvelous experience. We had gone to London during the lockdown for a particular reason and not leisure and we’re looking for a place to be homed rather than a hotel box of a room - this place provided us sanctuary and was over our expectations- Paul the owner himself was very gracious and accommodating he took time to learn and understand our situation and went out of his way to help us . We did nag him a lot about the surrounding and things we needed to wrap our head around but he never faltered and was always just a call away to help and really go out of his way..... it truly was a home away from home and we have already recommended this place to our friends who have also booked here and stayed because it truly is a place to experience to know exactly what a home away from home feels like and the little Garden at the back is the prettiest we’ve encountered in a while - thanks to Paul and his associates for making this truly really home away from home and knew and hope to stay again with Youll soon - Merry Christmas !!
