Room was clean blown window panel full of condensation. No lock or handle on toilet door kept on coming open wasn't nice hearing the wife kid going toilet .couldn't work the cooker plate . No kettle teabags or sugar had to lend 2 cups from a person downstairs. Hallway could do with a paint .

Great value for money and so close to the airport! Will definitely use again next time I fly :)

The lovely restaurant down the road.

The curtains not closing, the dirt around the bottom of the wall in the bathroom and the big cracked shower floor.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The curtains didn’t close properly so the room was bright. The shower had a crack in the bottom and the drain took 15 minutes to drain. The toilet paper was half used when I arrived.

Nothing Booked the place and didn't stay as they sent me a dodgy link on whatsapp after booking. Said I need to use the link to pay a deposit and also need to sign and send an agreement n copy of i.d. I was completely unaware of this when booking and this should've been mentioned before any payment was made. I'd just landed from a very long flight and just wanted a place to stay without jumping through a load of hoops. When i explained and asked for a refund they were totally unsympathetic and refused.

Tv does not work and was really small, like 15 inches. There's no proper light in the room, quite dark. Feel lonely place.

Feel like home. Very quiet, cosy, clean and comfortable place to stay. Perfect location and free parking, staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely will book again. Highly recommended.

The accomodation was well presented, clean and good value. Nice location with local shops nearby. Easy to travel to the airport. I would chose to stay here again whenever i am travelling from heathrow. There were no staff on premises but it was easy to chat to someone via the phone.

The cental heating was not on the room was freezing cold and there were no spare blankets. Contact centre said that the central heating had not been turned on and that they could do it from their end. This didnt happen and so i ended up freezing my butt offf and sleeping in my clothes to keep warm.

There’s a lot that was wrong with this property. But I’ll highlight the top 3. TLDR: Bad staff and sketchy property 1. The property sends you a literal 7-page contract to sign for your stay, even if it is for a single night. I sincerely hope I didn’t sign away my kidneys. 2. You must be over 25 to sign the contract. Or so they say. They are willing to make exceptions on a case by case basis but this is not stated in the aforementioned 7-page contract, and the minimum age requirement is hidden in the hotel policy section. 3. They do not allow you to check in after 10PM, even if you tell them beforehand. If you are on the phone with the staff and the clock hits 10PM, they will hang up. If you try calling after 10PM, it will go to voicemail. If you show up after 10PM, you will not be staying at the property. I ended up stranded outside the hotel at 10:04 PM. I called booking.com and they could do nothing about it. I had to book a separate hotel at the last minute and walk to a bus station with my 2 bags. I wrote this review a month after the incident, and after a lot of thought. Pay for the better hotels

Bed was very comfortable and staff very helpful . I had a very good night's sleep. It was very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this place for a good night's sleep, and easy to travel to from the airport.

There was a little confusion about my room, but it was resolved well. Apart from that there was nothing I didn't like. Every thing met my expectations

Very close to the airport. check in whenever as it’s a key lock box basic but clean room free tea coffee making facilities in the communal kitchen.

It’s quite loud at night as it’s next to the road but we slept ok and only for one night so didn’t bother us.
