Location was a bit out the way for walking into the city centre

Very noisy with the cars going past and people walking past. Didn't get much sleep. Lack of mugs and glasses. Carpet in some parts not fitted properly. Could do with sprucing up, eg paint peeling off on window sills.

The location was brilliant

The road to front of property extremely busy and loud. People walking along street all hours of night talking. so it was noisy and disrupting to sleep. Double bed in smaller room, the mattress very hard and bouncy. Did not sleep well at all.

The rooms where excellent

Proximity to Royal William yard.

Difficult to park anywhere near. Heating, either too hot or too cold. Draughty windows, one broken in living room. Main bedroom window rattles. Sloping floors, that we read about before, but are actually very disconcerting. Lots of traffic and pedestrian noise. Sitting room is far smaller than it looks in the photos, would be a real squash with 4 adults.

Good size master bedroom with nice en-suite

Rattling windows, kept us awake combined with traffic noise. Broken window in lounge letting cold air in. Carpet covered in stains. Lack of glassware and cutlery ( I think we had three glasses and two teaspoons). Bedroom lamp not working. TV not connected to internet.
