It was cheap

It was pretty dirty and only aircon was in hallway no fans in bedrooms

Bathroom was filthy. No sitting area. Stairs too steep. Could not even stay. Had to get other accomodation

The sheets and towels were clean, the location was quite good but directly in the flight path of Sydney Airport, a decent walk to the supermarkets at Five Dock or Market Square in Leichardt.

If you like cockroaches and ants as well as filth and grime, then this is the place for You! the place had never been cleaned for months by the look of it, the furniture is past it's sell by date and on the whole a death trap with only one exit down a steep stair to a small kitchen, the windows are all barred so if a fire breaks out downstairs it's good night, Vienna! this holiday let, made our holiday not a good one. I have travelled the world and stayed in some "Iffy" places but this one is high up in don't touch it with a barge pole. A rebate would be nice if You want us to book with Your Company again.

The description of the property was poor had to pay for somewhere else for my mother to stay because the stair case was just to steep and narrow the toilet flushed once while there then stopped flushing g you had to do it manually by lifting the float and again description of property very very poor only sitting area is up stairs in one of the rooms where there's the only tv and only seating area other then the 3 meters of sitter area down in the sho box one person kitchen was not worth the money they asked the parking for the property is okay when there isn't someone parked in the drive way parking you in or stopping you from entering

First of all, this is not an apartment, it is a very old shophouse, the house above the shop, we have to enter through the stairs at the back door. The information provided by the landlord on the page is different. The description says that the washer and dryer do not meet the requirements, and the washer is in a shabby warehouse at the back door, which is shared with others and very dirty. The dryer doesn't exist. Dining area, just a few chairs next to the cabinet room, very narrow! A lot of dust in the cupboard, very disappointed and helpless, feeling is cheating.

centrally located with everything close by like grocery stores, fuel stations, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants and public transport

The place is not suitable for people with young children and old people who can’t climb stairs. Kitchen hasn’t got basic stuff like dishwashing liquid, kitchen paper towels. Has a lot of furniture which isn’t required and place is cluttered. The fans and Air Con need cleaning, they are very very dusty. Toilet door is very hard to close and needs to be looked at. Proper shower head is expected in place and a non slip mat is required in the bath tub for safety as the place is too small.

the bedrooms were a good size. beds were comfy and clean. good parking space

shower curtain was mouldy as was the seel of the fridge
