Great place in a great location

We stayed at this property for a week-long business trip at University of Michigan and it was perfect for the occasion - clean, good location, comfortable, and well-appointed.

The home was clean, well-stocked and well-located. Deserves a five-star rating.

Needed a place to stay close to downtown Ann Arbor for a wedding and this was a wonderful place. Six of us went and we all had our own bedrooms, the house was spacious and clean. David was very responsive when I asked questions. Certainly would stay there again!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was courteous and communicated all that we needed to know to access the home and have a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed with linens, kitchen supplies and equipment, even games and gorgeous decor throughout I can highly recommend this venue without reservation. Clean, well located, parking - the works. The natural sunlight coming in every window made this a special weekend for an intimate group of our close friends and family. It just felt like home. I hope it doesn't get TOO busy - because we would definitely love to return. Thank you for everything!

This house is just 4 minutes to the U 0f M hospital so my family was able to make it a base for visiting our brother in the ICU. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed. We parked 3 cars with room to spare. The listing doesn't say it is near the train so the noise was a slight factor but not terrible.

This place was great and had everything that we needed for the few days that we were in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Open kitchen, dining and living area was very nice for cooking meals and spending time with family. Easy walk to a great market and Co-op for groceries.

Awesome location for an Ann Arbor stay. Very close to downtown and all it has to offer. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were adequate. Towels were plentiful and internet and cable viewing were great. Parking for many cars was a challenge, but workable and access to the garage for parking was a nice bonus given the inclement weather we experienced during our stay. We'd stay here again!

The property was clean and well appointed. The space was large enough for us to gather and also to spread out. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed, even to cook a Christmas dinner.

Second time staying in this building this year. July 2022- smaller unit next door; October this larger unit. Highly likely will be back next summer. Both units great. Host easy to work with. Location awesome. The units feel separate but if you had a large group, both units would flow easily.

My family absolutely loved our stay here! We would gladly stay here again!

The property is spacious and well-appointed, and its location affords easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions in downtown Ann Arbor. We were able to host a small number of family on the weekend our daughter was married in Dexter, MI, and especially appreciated the open floor plan and kitchen area for entertaining.

This home is perfectly appointed to make your stay comfortable! The home is clean, well stocked with essential needs. The living room and kitchen is spacious and modern, and the beds are comfortable. You’re also well situated in downtown Ann Arbor, close to restaurants, not far from Michigan stadium, and just a stones throw from several parks. Highly recommended and we’ll be back!

This was our second stay at this property and we really enjoyed both visits. The place is clean, well-equipped and convenient. It is easy to walk into downtown Ann Arbor and also drive over to Barton Hills CC for pool and golf. Thank you!

This townhome is beautifully remodeled in a wonderful neighborhood location for a trip to Ann Arbor. We gathered with our adult children and were able to walk to enjoy so many of Ann Arbor's highlights and restaurants. It's convenient to Barton Hills Country Club, campus and Zingerman's. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. We loved our stay. Thank you!

The house was conveniently located to downtown. It was clean, modern and the furnishings were very comfortable. The yard has a deck surrounded by beautiful big trees which made sitting outside very enjoyable. The area was very quiet which we enjoyed!

Plenty of room to hang out together or get away from each other perfect for traveling with teens

This home is very nice and comfortable. Beautifully decorated. Coffee and creamer available. The cleaning crew that prepped the home missed quite a bit. Some dirty pans that weren’t cleaned well, and a dirty bathroom floor in master. Otherwise, this home was close to perfect. About a 25 min walk to campus but wouldn’t recommend walking to and from at night. We rented a car and it took us about 5-7 min to get to central campus.

Great location, clean (nearly spotless) and fun house filled with games. Great for small get togethers. Host was amazing as well. Highly recommend!

My family and I had to come to Ann Arbor because I was undergoing surgery at the very nearby and conveniently located U of M Hospital (5 minute drive). The house is impeccable; very clean and stylish with beautiful bedrooms and comfortable beds. David, the owner, went above and beyond when we left several personal items at the home after we checked out. We were under a great deal of stress due to the surgery and diagnosis that accompanied it. David was so patient and went out of his way to get our items for us, even though the house was being rented at the time. He shipped the items to us and wouldn't let us reimburse him for the shipping cost! His kindness during a difficult time will not be forgotten. And the house is so beautiful that we might just come back and visit, for fun this time! Thank you, David.

We loved the property! It was a perfect place for a friends little getaway. Beautifully decorated, clean and convenient. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. Nice patio with grill. Would highly recommend!

Great place, beautiful in and out

This is a difficult review to submit. I have never given a poor rating and have stayed in residences throughout the world. It is quite unfortunate that the owner David was neither honest or forthright. Whereas we did arrive one hour early we entered a used and dirty rental. We were assured that during Covid19 there would be NO consecutive occupancies. David would not respond to my request for clarification. The cleaning staff had less than one hour to clean and disinfect the entire property. On our check out date, after all but two had left, David arrived abruptly and threatened my son and his wife (who was nursing her infant daughter) with the police, stating, "You have five minutes to leave or I'm calling the cops. To be clear, this was a t 11:05 in the morning. All luggage had been removed and my daughter-in-law was just getting her daughter ready for a long car ride home. Simply stated, David was rude, argumentative and unapologetic. We paid a premium for this property and expected professionalism and curtesy. Neither were received. We deserve an apology for such poor behavior.
