It’s close to Disneyland, clean, offers room service until late.

Mix ups on arrival and no room available but we were just told to wait for hours in the restaurant (charged for the food too), breakfast in the hotel was underwhelming for the price, location handy to Disneyland but next to a sad little shopping centre with lots of boarded up shops.

I like the connection to the shop center.

Very clean

Great location, very clean and tidy, rooms very good condition. The beds were so comfortable.

Lack of staff. Nobody to greet us when we arrived, no help with luggage. No orientation the check in is up an escalator lift. Nobody at the checkin desk, 3 people waiting. No offer to help me when I left at checkout, with 3 suitcases, they told me to go downstairs with them (3 members of staff at the desk). I don’t consider that a 5 star hotel. The pool was in the shade, be warned it’s not a sunbathing pool.

El costo de ballet parking es demasiado elevado considerando lo que se paga por la estancia y en comparación a otros hoteles. La luz de noche del baño no es posible apagarla por lo que puede llegar a ser molesta. El check in es demasiado tarde considerando que si llegas temprano tienes actividades que hacer y las alternativas para ayudar y dar soluciones por el personal fueron NULAS.

Great location

The room has not been done daily despite the very high rate. They charged us the 30 USD free coupon to spend at the supermarket of the hotel and that was supposed to be refund at the checkout. We have never been refunded! Bad customer service at the breakfast too.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean.

Valet was expensive but service was great. Wish we were told about the executive lounge access when we checked in, found out we had access 2 days before leaving.

Staff member at the front desk we found to be quite unhelpful when we checked in. For a hotel of this calibre and comparable with similar hotels we have stayed in I found the service to be lacklustre. We had a noise issue from the executive lounge on the rooftop - scraping furniture across the floor to clean early hours of the morning for 2 hours. Staff were very uninterested and after a push; said they would speak to the staff but it happened again the following day.

I really LOVED that this hotel is walking distances to DISNEYLAND. The location is great, there is so many restaurants close by. There's even a cute outdoor shopping mall right behind the hotel. The 5 freeway is a few streets down, super easy to get to. There is this Rooftop bar with a beautiful view at night. The rooms and restrooms were super clean. Over all I will likely be rebooking here again!

Clean and good location.

No way near as good as other JW Marriots. Also the hidden fees. You'll be charged an extra 60$ a night for things like Wifi etc. You get $20 of that back as credit to spend at the hotel, but if you don't spend it, you lose it. Harder to spend if you've already added breakfast onto your room.

The location was good. We ended up being compensated for an unfortunate situation regarding our New Year’s eve booking at the roof top bar being cancelled without notice. I appreciated the gesture after we asked to speak to a manager.

No minibar which I found unusual for a 5 star hotel. Also had problems with requesting items from housekeeping. After two calls they then only bought 1 of 3 items requested. They may have staffing shortages. We also thought our room would have a good view of fireworks however it was difficult to see them.

Everything, great staffs from reception to valet to room service. Highly recommended 👌🇨🇦

Great location to Disneyland and restaurants. Clean and well appointed rooms. Include the breakfast in your booking it’s very good.

The price of room service is unnecessarily expensive as are some of the wines in the lobby bar. The restaurants close to the hotel are selling the same bottles of wine for up to $50 per bottle cheaper

Great location, very comfortable beds, Citric restaurant was great. The hotel itself is nice and the staff were very helpful including the manager who was greeting guests at breakfast.

A few minor things could be improved to make it a better experience. 1. Cheaper parking options, $59 per day with valet as the only in hotel option is very expensive. 2. The lounge option needs some work on breakfast, comparatively as a 5 star hotel it doesn't stack up. 3. Seemed to be understaffed janitor-wise as the 1st floor toilets were a disaster by any hotel grade standards (not cleaned, no toilet paper, etc.) This all said, I would happily stay there again.

Valets parking staff were great

Bathrooms lack proper maintenance. Out of the four rooms that we got to use, three of the bathrooms needed maintenance. One had a cracked leaky sink, one had tub faucet knobs that fall out and tub curtain that was too long and it draped into the bottom of the tub which made it difficult to stand and one of the sinks drain plug does not push up so it was not draining properly. The rooms were guaranteed for check in at 4 pm but one room was not available to us until 4:20pm and we were very tired. Most of the staff were very friendly but some of the front desk staff were not.

Housekeeping wasn’t great, and it took them forward to clean the room. Also, no one answered the phone when I dialled in room dining.

Great location. Minutes from Disneyland and can easily walk to the toy story carpark and get the free shuttle to the door. Room was perfect size and comfortable. The "premium" view of the park is not worth the extra cost. Staff were all great.

Esculators didnt work. Pool could use a good scrub particularily above the waterline and floor. Bar closes early. 11pm ...not ideal when most people return from Disneyland late. I attempted to order a drink at 11.15pm without success...not even a coke!

Loved the location of property very close to where we wanted to go and the room was clean
