Location was very good and close to the centre and easy to drive out to amenities. Kitchen was good. Breakfast not included.

. I did not class it as a luxury apartment for the following reasons - the whole apartment could have done with a fresh coat of paint as lots of marks on the walls. - several things were not working correctly, the toilet flush button, the bath plug closer, the thermostat controls were not functioning, the kettle leaked. - the furniture was very dated and uncomfortable and when looking for an item the dirt down the sides of the couch was disgusting. Carpets could do with a clean. The blinds were not practical for use on the ground floor apartment, as the connectors were broken in places so would not fully close leaving gaps. I think that definitely the word ‘Luxury’ should be taken out of the description for the apartment.

EXCELLENT LOCATION. FREE PARKING. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN THE APARTMENT. VERY CLEAN & TIDY, TV & WIFI GOOD, COULD NOT BE BETTER POSITIONED FOR GOING INTO THE CITY CENTRE, ABOUT 1 MINUTES WALK.

SASH WINDOWS IN APARTMENT THOUGH MODERN WERE NOT VERY SOUND PROOF. NOT TOO KEEN ON STEPS UPTO FLAT. NO TV IN BEDROOM THOUGH PLUGS & ARIEL SOCKET PRESENT ON WALL NITPICKING HERE REALLY, OVERALL VERY GOOD.

Suggestions A bread knife Curtains in the bedrooms as blinds let alot of light in. Salt and pepper would also be good.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment, great free parking space, very secure, great location.

The washing machine did not work and the noise from the dual carriage way was a nuisance in the mornings so didn't get a restful lie in.

Location was good for the Christmas Market. Nice quiet apartment. Free parking.

When we arrived there was no working heating. It took 24 hours for them to bring portable blow heaters so the first night was very cold! Also the second bedroom was advertised as a double but was actually a single. The second bedroom was not made up when we arrived so we had to do that ourselves.

Fabulous location near to the city centre.

No heating on arrival. we contacted them immediately. They said another flat in the block were also without heating. initially they were helpful and told us where we could locate a portable heater and promised someone would be out the next morning. unfortunately the person they sent confirmed it wasn’t working but said he wasn’t a hearing engineer and couldn’t fix it. we were advised they had a contract with a 3 hour call out so told the heating would be fixed. it wasn’t. we chased and asked for a timeframe. they said they didn’t have one but would advise when they did. We spent two freezing cold nights in the flat. The portable heater didn’t generate much heat and didn’t heat a room never mind the flat. No blankets or spare bedding in the flat. We slept fully clothed wearing socks, gloves and sweaters over our nightwear. Temperature-3. We got various messages reminding us what time to check out, reminding us of property rules, reminding us where to leave keys. Nothing about the broken heating. It is a shame as we visit Chester regularly and the location of this flat is very good. But we definitely won’t return. Totally understand heating can break but I don’t expect to freeze and it’s not acceptable they failed to contact us and either offer to move us or at least provide additional bedding to ensure we were warm. I’ve just checked the various ‘instruction’ messages we got and suspect they are automated. We lived Chester, loved the Christmas markets and will definitely return. But not to Hunters Walk.

Everything was great, clean, close to everything and was I'm touch to tell us everything we needed to know. Will be back

We never cooked in the property although facilities were there and good, alot of utensils etc. Nice tidy modern kitchen

Keys were not in lock box on arrival had to make several phone calls to get access we were left parked outside the barrier with no access, cleaner had not returned the key and had to e called to deliver the key to us

Clean and tidy. Easy to communicate with the team. Very helpful and quick to respond. We asked for a cot last minute and they had it delivered.

Not many utensils, plates or bowls. Hard to find. Parking is very tight and local workers do not follow the restrictions and park anywhere.

Great location, ideal for city centre.

Apartment could have been cleaner, shower in particular. Windows went straight out onto road which was quite noisy with cars and pedestrians
