It is a newer facility. Modern and clean. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was very generous in size and immaculately clean. It is also a quiet area with a grocery and fast food within a very short walk. Oh, did I mention they have vegan and gluten free options at breakfast ?

There was a rowdy birthday party in their meeting room coming to a close when we arrived. It spilled out into the lobby, along with a lot of the party supplies. However, there was no evidence it had been there when we came down for breakfast.

It was a new facility and was very clean.

No customer service. We had to wait over an hour to check in, the room wasn't ready. The TV didn't work and even after repeated requests no one came to fix it. Breakfast was 45 minutes late and cold.

During my stay my bed wasn't fixed. They did replace my towels and refresh the bathroom.

Breakfast was excellent. Very well stocked, fresh and clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. Loved the beds! All around excellent stay!

We needed a place to stay and this was available for not an awful price. Breakfast was included. Staff was ok, not mean, not overly friendly.

It didn't feel super clean but it wasn't awful. Bed was comfy.

The team members were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a pleasure, especially the pancake machine! This hotel offered a variety of food items and refilled as needed.

Just a suggestion. It would be fantastic to have a van offered for rides downtown. Our stay was great!

Manager Trent made threats to my children and I over a late check out that was approved by front desk, he proceeded to to tell my kids he didn’t give a damn what was said , and that he was calling the police. Now he’s taking money off my debit card . I’m filing a lawsuit against the company . Because my kids will never be the same . Harassment should never be tolerated and management isn’t doing anything about it so now I’m taking matters into my own hands.

-Very nice, looked and smelled new -Rooms were clean and spacious -Beds and pillows were very comfy -staff was nice -laundry facility -good parking, right in front -check in and check out was the simplest, probably 2 minutes each time -Walmart neighborhood market right across the street -price was great for quality

I loved Lawanda the front desk clerk, she was awesome! I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness of my room, and how noisy the hotel was which caused me to complain and prepare to leave one night early. She alone was my wife and my reason for staying. She was so attentive, empathetic and genuine in showing how much we and our experience there meant to her and the brand. You would have thought that she was the owner/operator of the establishment.

The poor cleanliness of my room, the level of noise from the hotel itself, including the loud stomping guest above us, the loud slamming of the doors throughout the night and mornings, the loud sounds coming from street racers and traffic. The cleaning staff wasn't pleasant, considerate, or good at their jobs. The shower was filthy! There were urine stains running down the front of the toilet and dribbles on the floor in front of the toilet. There were one dime size and two skittles size pieces of paper laying right in the middle of the bedroom floor. I was livid, disgusted with the lack of care shown by the cleaning crew/attendants. There were liquid spills on the main entrance to the elevator and elevator floors the duration of my stay. Poor Lawanda was running the front desk, cleaning the floors, and helping in the breakfast room. It was hard to watch.

I was billed for 2 nights instead of one as Booking. com listed 2 different Holiday Inns in Greenville (1 in NC and the other in SC without distinguishing them.) They all said it t was the other persons fault, and left me with the bill
