This is the most beautiful 🤩 Hostel I have ever booked for in East Africa, you have the most soul soothing views of Kampala.. you get lost in your thoughts 💭 just admiring Kampala city 🏙 from the hostel..I have never been this happy with my booking..the breakfast is served handsomely and super delicious, the staff , OJ is just super helpful, no matter what time you call he will always answer(do you sleep?🤣) he’s simply like the rays of ☀️ sunshine ..Thank you Oj keep the good work up, I also came across Janet she’s so friendly and she will remind you to wake up on time so that u don’t miss your breakfast, Franka the smiling machine , and Hakim thank you for always checking up on me🙌, and for the most respectful Bike guy(Junior )I have ever come across in Kampala.. There’s nothing to dislike

They were very hospitable and kind, the breakfast was very delicious, the space and area are great and open and it is located in a very good part of Kampala.

The distance from the room to the toilet and bathroom, Some resident tourists did not fit

Shared bathrooms were incredibly dirty, lots of cigarette smoke in my room and in the bathroom, the staff were always playing music on their phones and woke me up at 7am every day with all the noise in the kitchen.

Great vegetarian breakfast and they run safari tours from the hostel which was super handy!

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the way to the top bunk beds is very steep and a little hazardous as there isn't much room and at one of the points there were lots of cables as it was the only accessible charging point.

I liked the staff, their customers services, kitchen and free wifi.

I didn't like their dormitory. It was shabby and wasn't cleaned evenevll once during my 3 days stay. In addition, the location was very noisy, specifically at night, I could barely sleep.

Booked room type under renovation for months, tried to show us a approx. 2,5x3m room - sucks for 2 people of 1,90m with luggage. Employee called his manager what to do, we had to stay in this unpleasant room for a small discount - we regret not leaving and paying more somewhere else. Mattress completely worn out. Super noisy. Shared bathroom seemed not to have been cleaned once during our stay. Wifi was not working half day. Confusing staff interactions, not very helpful with normal tourist questions. Breakfast only starting from 8am - we had to leave at 7.30am, so we asked the evening before if we can pick up something small like a banana and the guy said we'll sure get at least some fruit and a cup of coffee. We came in the morning, this other guy said it's too early (no sh*t) but he'll ask - we just heard the lady in the kitchen shouting that nobody gets anything before 8am and the guy informed us there's unfortunately nothing he can do. It's the cheapest accommodation in Kampala, fair enough, but these issues are not a matter of price, but attitude and poor management. Next time we'd rather spend a bit more, but save the headache and actually be able to enjoy the city. Uganda is incredible, but this was a poor start.

Breakfast was a full course meal. Security was good and there's lockers. There was always someone cleaning. Great view. Good common area with Netflix. All women's dorm. Hot water!

El sitio es muy agradable y tiene una zona de jardín con vistas increíbles. Es un hostel con muchas zonas comunes, donde es muy fácil conocer a gente. El encargado un encanto y el desayuno con vistas a Kampala, una maravilla!

Estuvimos en la habitación más barata y por lo tanto, no era un lujazo, pero compensaba y mereció la pena por las zonas comunes tan agradables que ofrece este sitio. Aunque esta habitación no fuese increíble, lo cierto es que estaba limpia y la ducha tenía agua caliente.

Good location next to acacia mall, few minutes away from the hassles. Felt safe and the room was good, also shared bathroom was clean. Breakfast was basic but good, we also liked the kitchen and the possibility to refill your water bottles.

There was no bathroom and bedroom door and the fotos of the room were misleading and a plot to make pay more for a different room.

I liked everything about Acacia villa. The staff there were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were neat and tidy and i also loved the fact that there was a mirror in my room wooow that made me very happy 😊😊. Benjamin and Gerald at the reception were very friendly. On the first day i arrived very late at 12.30pm , Benjamin waited for me and when i arrived he ensured i settled well in my room . He even showed me around. I must admit i felt at home. He was very kind . The entire team that served me there were all friendly. I even added more days of my stay. I enjoyed my 9 days of stay in Accacia villa. I will highly recommend it to anyone
