A really nice place to stay, very roomy, very comfortable, free parking available on premises, nice bathrooms, good space in closets, laundry available in the apartment, detergent also available. Prompt responses on my questions on the app. Everything was excellent. I will come again!

Die LAge it gut

Trockner funktionierte nicht und konnte nicht repariert werden. Zuwenig Bettdecken mussten nach 1 Nacht frieren nachgeliefert werden. Das HAus ist ein Hundehotel und es wird nicht daruf hingewiesen. Ironischerweise darf man in dem Sonder Appartement keine Tiere halten. Im Flur und in den Aufzügen riecht es stark nach Hund und Urin von Hunden.

Las instrucciones fueron muy claras, no batallamos nada para entrar al departamento. La ubicación esta excelente. El departamento tenia todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.

No pudimos moverle al aire acondicionado, no encontramos la manera. Estoy segura que si hubieramos mandado mensaje o correo a Sonder nos hubieran ayudado.

The location was awesome. Minutes walk to Congress Bridge famous for watching 1.2m bats come out at dusk and easy walk to downtown area. Also a quick Lyft to The Odd Duck, Terry Blacks BBQ, Perla’s; kayaking and biking close by. The apartment is secured & high end with a concierge at front desk, gym on site, and huge swimming pool. To north of pool area was a volleyball club which we enjoyed watching very much. We needed more supplies and Sonder’s has an on site person who replied immediately. We loved our stay.

Check- in was a huge hassle and took way too much time. I had already paid before I realized how annoying a process I was on for. Then I was bugged to death about checking in and out times. I paid for the full time- why do I have to get out early for your convenience. The Sonder sent annoying emails about what I should do in Austin when clearly they actually had no clue how to be a host as they would realize I never checked in. I will never use this propery again.

The location and building amenities were great!

The door to the balcony was broken or really complicated so we just left it open.

I loved the view, the location, the ease of parking. The washer & dryer were very convenient as I didn't bring much. I loved the pool but the weather was cloudy by the time I was free to go. The garage felt safe and the door opener was convenient as I could come and go as necessary. Everything in the kitchen was very convenient, especially the coffee maker.

The shower head and tub were a bit high for shorties like me. Otherwise, great water pressure and lots of clean towels. I didn't know where to load and unload at first as everything was marked "tow away zone". Perhaps mark a space, "Guest zone"?

Location and view of Austin's skyline was spectacular from top "Penthouse" club room and bar. Kitchen was VERY FULLY stocked with utencils, dishes, pot, etc. (Even bar supplies)!

Very tall bath tub had NO GRAB BARS so entry and exit were difficult. Bottom "fitted" Sheet was too small and didn't stay on to corners of the mattress. New properly sized sheet was requested and promptly supplied by SONDER. Thick wooden frame surrounded to mattress making it a bit difficult to getting into bed. Pool was under repair for re-plastering.

Great location: Close to the river, across from the Hyatt. Very clean unit with nice kitchen. other amenities we used was the washer and dryer in unit. Very quiet air conditioning. Full size refrigerator with Ice Maker. Parking was free and readily available. We walked along river. Congress bridge with bats is very close by. I did not verify but it was a very comfortable foam bed. Across the river is downtown Austin. Finally I want to commend their service. No real time people but when I chatted with their customer service online they were polite and a person arrived quickly to resolve minor problem.

Kitchen lighting was confusing trying to find switches. never did figure out how to turn on under cabinet lights by the sink. I also figured out that the window side bed lamp is also controlled by a wall switch. The corresponding lamp was plugged into wall. Outlet was normal upright (while I am used to it being upside down if outlet is controlled by wall). Finally a minor item is the bathtub rim very high (manageable but if anyone has leg issues may have trouble and may slip.

Pool was under renovation

We just love it. The apartment is big, clean, beautifully decorated. The location is also outstanding. Is a home away from home. You have all you need. We loved the swimming pool and the gym too.

We cannot think of something we didn't like.

Very spacious, light, clean, well stocked & good balconies and friendly & helpful staff. Overall absolutely great!

The TV only works on Chrome Cast which I don’t have but why go to Austin to watch TV??

We liked the view, the pool and the location.

We paid nearly $700/night and received 2 washcloths for a 3 night stay. Bed had a very slippery protective cover on it that lacked proper straps to hold in place. Bunched up underneath the sheets and I had to remove after the second night so I could sleep on the last night. Also, lacked extra blanket or a throw for use on the couch.

a bit expensive

Great room. The pool and bbq area were awesome and well needed. Staff were extremely helpful with assisting check in. Will definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Austin.

The floors in the apartment were really dirty.. like the floor hasn’t been mopped in forever and bedroom carpet hasn’t been shampooed. Made my kids wear socks at all times and their socks were black.

The ability to do laundry, make my own coffee, breakfast and other meals was awesome. It was such a nice way to stay and certainly helped my days! I also really liked the building, the pool, and the towels.

I wish there had been standard tv service with local news.

It was well appointed and clean

WATER PRESSURE in shower was unacceptable- there actually wasn’t any - so little water press that you couldn’t feel the water hitting your skin! Very difficult to get in touch with anyone at Sonder. Got locked out when I was trying to leave and take items to my car! They turned OFF the lock code and was locked out! Wanted to shorten my stay and that was never addressed with me. Tried more than once. Very displeased.
