Dirty hotel ! Need lot of work and improvement

Great location and room size

too many dog owners had not cleaned up after their own pets. The room was not real clean, and the sheets were bunched up when I got in bed, so not a lot of time or care, taken in the room, preparing it.

Nothing

1. Staff made me feel unwelcome. 2. Did not charge the $50 deposit. They charged the full room rate 3. Had pending charges on my cc that did not correlate to any charge from hotel. 4. As I was leaving the manager told me I destroyed the room. (I left a note taped to the top of the TV). Then threatened me that additional cleaning charges might be applied to me. 5. Due to her attitude towards me other staff started to have attitude 6. I will not stay at the hotel again. BTW, we were there almost 3 weeks. You would think they would want to be nice to customers, especially good ones.

I was there for 4 nights and requested to have my room cleaned but this did not happen and was told it is by priority which makes no sense, will never stay here again

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Its an older hotel. Room was ok. Carpet wasn't clean but like I said it was an old hotel. It served its purpose for being there only 1 night.

CLEANINESS. IT WAS A VERY WORN PROPERTY. NO WATER WHEN WE WOKE UP IN THE MORNING. COULD NOT FLUSH COMMODE OR TAKE A SHOWER. BREAKFAST WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

We have stayed before. It s one of the nicer LaQuintas. We have brought our dog in the past, though not this time an we appreciate that it is dog friendly.

Breakfast is not as good as your competitors. No real dairy for the coffee and hard boiled eggs were the only protein. Something hot would have been nice.

To be honest there was nothing my friends or me found wrong with anything.

Room was cozy and breakfast was good. Hospital staff was also good. It was a good value for money.

Lifts were mostly non operational. It may be my bad luck but I had to pull my luggage up and down 5 floors.

Quiet location.

Pool was dirty. No spa. Hotel was unable to provide receipt because I did not book directly thru them. Breakfast selections were disappointing.

Men at the Check-in had a worst behavior, and is not receiving guests properly, I'll not recommend if the same person is still working, I checked in at 10PM around. And we have trash bags sitting outside room doors, And carpet has some stains.

At beginning front desk receptionist give my room to somebody else, claiming that i am already checked in. He called that person and tell her leave the room because he need to give this room to me. Hallway look dirty, elevator look dirty, bathtub and sink look dirty. For that kind of money they had to at least change faucets and flooring
