Location has access to all grocery, restaurant, atm machine

The place is very bad, broken furniture, dirty room, bad smell every thing is bad and the price is 650SAR!!!! بصراحة اسوأ مكان أضطررت على التواجد به بحياتي للاسف الغرفة اسوأ ما يمكن من اثاث قديم ومتهالك الى فرش وسخ الى بلاط مكسر تحت السجاد والحمام لا يمكن استخدامه للاسف كان وقت اجازات ولم اجد غير هذه الغرفة بقيت طول الليل بدون نوم وانتظرت شروق الشمس حتى انزل السيارة وانام بعض الوقت تجربة لن تتكرر وصور بوكينج غير حقيقية لن اسامحهم على هذا الغش

عدم توفير مفارش اضافيه وعدم قربها من مركز الفعاليات

It was nicely located and staff friendly

It was a lot bigger than I expected. Lovely spacious accomodation and very affordable!

No hot water in our shower but that’s ok, great place otherwise

It is spacious and the one and only one staff goes extra mile to help . He work hard

A) such a big and price hotel doesn’t provide a simple soap. That was not right . I took shower with out soap . B) the hotel has a set of tea pot and cups but no tea bag and sugar. I found this very strange. Do they want the costumer to buy box of tea bag and kilo of sugar for two or three night stay C) the owner or the manager was not available for complaint. The poor receptionist was every thing .

It was terrible, disgusting and dirty. We had to cancel and leave the property. bedsheets not changed, bugs in the bathroom, a terrible smell across the apartment.
