We had a fantastic time in this property. Just the right amount of distance from downtown. We loved the rooftop deck. The separation between the different levels of the townhome made it very private for all in our family. The host was very accessible and informative. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.

The house is very nice and was able to accommodate our large group of 9. Beautiful home and everything was great, the area is a little sketchy but I did feel completely safe in the home. The refrigerator on the roof did not work, which would have been awesome if it did as there are a lot of stairs to get from floor to floor. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay at this home and we had a wonderful time in Nashville. We took an Uber to town each time but it is a quick uber ride so in that regard, the location was excellent. The rooftop was a nice place to hang out at when we got home at night. Thank you for the stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect. Property was clean and welcoming. Each bedroom was roomy and extremely comfortable. Additionally, each bedroom had its own bathroom that was completely stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
The bedroom with the four bunk beds are all queen-size mattresses! The rooftop deck was a great space for lounging and sunset photo taking.
The neighborhood was quiet, very close to run quick errands such as grocery shopping.
The house manager Adam is extremely friendly, and also made multiple suggestions of nearby must see places. He was also extremely quick to respond to questions we had. We HIGHLY recommend choosing this house to book when planning your Nashville trip!
We know we'll be back. 5 star across the board!

A beautiful property in what looks like an up and coming neighborhood. I think all of the women of our trip would agree that the rooftop was our favorite part! Cool views of the Nashville skyline! Rooftop was complete with furniture and cornhole. The fridge up there wasn’t working so we just brought out cooler with drinks up there with us. The furniture is a bit worn, but served its purpose. It is a townhouse so be prepared for many stairs! The home was clean and beautiful though! The decor was so cute! Beds were clean and comfortable. It’s about a 5 minute Uber ride to broadway. The only thing lacking was a full sized mirror for checking outfits! lol but we made do! Overall this place was great for us!

The property is very nicely appointed and accommodated three couples nicely. The location is a short Uber ride to downtown and an easy walk to Germantown. Adam and his associates were very friendly and helpful with area information and the check in process was easy and allowed us to drop off luggage early and return later at the allowed check in time.

We were unbelievably happy with this beautiful townhouse. The owner was so quick to respond with any questions I had, and check in/out was very easy. My family and I would book this place again and again because of the cleanliness, updated decor, and rooftop amenities that can be used in summer. Great rental overall!

The house was so much better than staying in a hotel. It was way more space than we needed, but was perfect. The main floor gave us so much space to spread out, and the bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone their own privacy. The rooftop deck was a wonderful place to chill out, get some fresh air and look at the stars. We absolutely loved it and are considering coming back again next year.

We had eight people stay. The house was clean, check in was easy. The host was good with communication. It was close to a grocery store, restaurant/bars and only a short Uber ride to Broadway. I would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our 6 girl trip. Great location close to Broadway. We used Uber and Lyft to get around. Not sure I’d be comfortable walking in the area at night but there’s a lot of new construction so that might improve in the future. The house was clean and very well stocked. Plenty of bathrooms for a group. The stairs are no joke so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. I’d definitely stay there again!

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property! It was very spacious and allowed for us to spend time together and also have our own privacy. It’s nice that each bedroom has a full bathroom so we did not need to share/wait for people to get ready. The house was clean and contained everything we needed. The coffee bar setup was great in the kitchen! One of the bedrooms was located immediately as you entered the house, and the other two bedrooms are on the top floor of the property.
One of our favorite parts of the house was the great location in relation to everything we wanted to do. It is located within walking distance to Germantown, which has great bars and restaurants. It is close to the Nashville Farmer’s Market which is a must see! We walked down to Broadway, which allowed us to see sights along the way. We also took several Ubers/Lyfts, which was between $8-15 per ride (much cheaper option than getting a taxi from Broadway, which cost $45). I would definitely recommend booking this property!

This trip was planned for 6 of us friends to get together and celebrate my 40th birthday. This was a really nice, clean, and spacious condo, with just a short drive to Broadway. Due to the weather (rain), we were not able to enjoy the rooftop which we were so looking forward to but overall we had a great trip! Would definitely recommend to others that have a party of 6 or more!

Overall, our stay here was great despite us booking a girls weekend trip on one of the coldest weekends in Nashville!
The home was very clean, had plenty of rooms and beds for each of us (there was a total of 5 girls). I do want to mention that this was each of our first times in Nashville, so we came without knowing much about the area we were staying in nor the city itself. Although we did some research and knew that we wanted to stay in an area close enough for us to take short Uber rides to the local famous bars and restaurants.
Although the home is very modern and the host was very kind, communicative and accommodating, the surrounding neighborhood is not the best. My friends and I had groceries delivered and multiple food deliveries sent to the home which were either stolen from the front door or only partially delivered. I would say that this is an important fact to point out as I would assume that most guests may want to order food and such via UberEats or other delivery services.
Other than the above mentioned issues, I still would recommend staying here as it was very close to all the fun bars and delicious restaurants Nashville has to offer!

Six senior adults came to town to enjoy a concert. The house provided ample space and comfort for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were appointed with all of the necessities The kitchen is the best equipped I've encountered in any VRBO. Communication with our Host, Adam was excellent. The location is a quick Uber ride to all of the downtown arenas and Broadway.

We were in town Music City Bowl. Home was absolutely beautiful, clean, extremely well stocked and very spacious. We are a family of 4 and had great privacy and comfort. The house is updated and furnished beautifully. Our hosts were very easy to communicate with and gave us wonderful suggestions on places to eat and visit. Would definitely stay here again. It's top notch!

This place is awesome! Great layout with privacy for all. The rooftop setup was so much fun and a great spot to hangout. Everything was fresh and clean. Very cheap Ubers to get down to Broadway, walking distance to some excellent restaurants, and there were plenty of options for travel with bikes, scooters, and Ubers/Lyfts. Adam was an excellent host and was quick to respond to us, we'll definitely be returning!

This house is wonderful! There was plenty of space for group of 8 and the house had everything we needed! Communication with Adam was very easy and quick and he even included a list of stores and restaurants nearby when giving us check in details which was very helpful! I highly recommend and we would definitely try to stay here again when we come back!

This is an amazing place to stay! Communication with Adam was a breeze. He addressed every question quickly. The house is as listed! We loved the roof top and corn hole! Kitchen is well equipped. The living area and bedrooms comfortable. Short Uber ride to where ever you wanted to go! Only a 15 minute ride to the airport and a few minutes from Broadway! Never had any issues getting an Uber even to the Pilgrimage Festival.

We loved the property, the ease of checking in, the communication, and how well everything was laid out and the amenities that were provided. We would rent this property again if we were back in Downtown Nashville.

We loved that everything was a 5-10 minute Uber ride away, and the house was clean and spacious enough for 10 people.
Only comment is that we planned to use the two cot beds, but there was only one set of cot sheets provided and they were tricky to find (they were in a box under one of the bunk beds). We used Queen sheets for the other cot. As for blankets, there was only one extra blanket in the whole house and it was a quilt-style blanket (rather than a duvet, like on the other beds), so we had to use one of the couch throws as a blanket for one guest.
Despite that hiccup, we had a great time and would highly recommend this property. Just check with the host ahead of time to assure all linens are accounted for.

The place was clean and beautiful. They had so many appliances and silverware if you were wanting to cook. The grill was clean and had propane. The comminication with the house managers was nothing I've ever experienced. I asked many questions and they got back to me in a timely manner. I was very appreciative of that. They really do just want you to have a good time.
We went to 4 different bars in germantown on nights we wanted to stay close and the grocery store was pretty close to the property.
We had no issues getting ubers and lyfts.
