They staff were all excellent, specifically Van who checked us in and Serena the Poolside server :)
The room was incredibly small and cramped, with the only full length mirror tucked in the closet at an awkward angle…did not feel worth $400 night!!

El baño ésta incoporado a la habitación y justo cuando abres la puerta tienes el baño , el sistema de ventilación del cuarto bastnate malo , las almoadas muy malas, se escuchaba bulla en el pasadizo, el wifi costaba (como si estuvieramos en 1999), etc.

Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great location.
We paid almost $400 for the room, for one night, breakfast and WiFi weren’t included in the price. I was ok about the breakfast, as we knew when booking and our options were limited (it was eclipse weekend). However, the charge of an extra $15 per day for WiFi made me think the whole package was unreasonable. Both WiFi and breakfast should have been included at that room price.

I loved the rooftop bar and pool. It felt like I was in Mexico on vacation. I also enjoyed the happy hour down in the lobby bars. You can not beat $7 cocktails. I was here for Dreamcon and it was so convenient to the convention center.
The gate to enter the pool was broken so i was not able to get i unless someone opened it for me.

I liked that the hotel was downtown. It was very convenient to walk to the places we wanted to visit.
I did not like how small the room was! We barely had room to move around. Thank goodness I was with my fiance. There was not enough privacy if I was with friends or even other family. A big problem was the end of the bed protrudes out. I let my leg several times trying to navigate around. It has left bruises on my leg. We wanted to swing in the rooftop pool. It was my reason for selecting this hotel. IT was packed. We could not get a toe in there and it was disappointing. I paid almost 270+ for one night and didn't enjoy at all
