Breakfast and the size of the room

- Great if you want to be close to the DWC airport, but maybe not the greatest location to explore the city.

Disclaimer:
I didn't stay at this hotel
The booking was made here by mistake
The home page of booking.com switched the default dates were switched +two months in advance
I contacted Booking.com to cancel my booking, and they didn't reply to me
I VISITED this hotel to personally ask them to cancel the booking (3 months in advance), but they also refused, claiming that my booking is not allowing cancellation and no refund.
The location is surly away from the main city. Therefore, you definitely need a car with no less than 30-50 minutes of driving to the city (depending on traffic)

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet sowie sauber. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage zum Flughafen.
Das Empfangspersonal in der Lobby war leider sehr unzuverlässig. Ein junger Mann hat uns eingecheckt. Insgesamt war er sehr nett. Allerdings hat er vergessen, unseren Transfer zum Flughafen zu reservieren, Lunch-Pakete fertig zu machen und uns eine zusätzliche Bettdecke + Kissen bereitzustellen, obwohl wir dies beim Check-Inn erwähnt haben. Im Zimmer gab es nur eine große Decke + 2 Kissen für ingesamt 3 Personen. Zum Glück war später eine andere Mitarbeiterin in der Lobby tätig (bei der wir zufällig nochmal wegen des Bettes nachgefragt haben), so dass es mit dem Transfer und dem Bett letztendlich noch geklappt hat. Lunch Pakete waren leider nicht fertig, obwohl wir Frühstück gebucht und bezahlt haben.

Suite rooms , the tidy and clean rooms on the previous stay and the entertainer offer which they did not redeem.
The lying of the receptionist, no honesty.
The breakfast should have more varieties.
The housekeeping was literally zero, staid for two nights no one came till the third call

Mahmoud at the reception was very welcoming and made us have unforgettable stay.

The apartment was neat good and equipped well.
Especially the kitchen, we enjoyed preparing a simple meal. The housekeeping service was good and we could utilise the washing n drying machines for laundry.
The breakfast bar was not functional here during our stay, but the one provided in Holiday Inn was good.
Unfortunately, the apartment had a terrible stench(foul smell) the moment we stepped in from day One. We expected it to go , but it continued for all 6 days of our stay.
The booking.com mentions clearly about a pool bar, which is definitely not available in Staybridge suites Al Maktoum. I had booked it keeping that in mind, but we didn't get it.
We hope the foul smell can be looked into. It could be a dirty rug, carpet, or fabric of the furniture, which we never figured.
Our apartment didn't have a toaster or dishwasher cleaning pods while we noticed the other apartment occupied by our families on other floors had the same.

Relatively new facility on the middle of the roads between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, helpful staff well equipped suites, with free parking. Diera city center is about 70 km away.
Just needs to reconsider the ventilation system, each time you walk the down the alley you got the unpleasant smell.

Bathroom shower not working properly. WC flashing switch not working. Air-conditioned wast cooling. Lobby small store no price published no recipe. This my third stays was the very bad experience before was good I hope management improves the quality.
