The property hosts are exceptionally friendly and understanding. The apartment is situated in one of the most walkable areas of Kuala Lumpur and is conveniently close to numerous public transport options. The building features a 24/7 store, and there is a 7/11 and a small café just outside.

One of the rooms lacked a window, making it unusable. This was not evident from the photos, and I believe the room would become uncomfortably hot if occupied. Furthermore, the bed sheets did not appear to have been washed, which was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, there is no key for entry, only a simple code that could be easily cracked. Allowing guests to set their own PIN upon arrival might enhance security and provide greater peace of mind.

Liked the location.

Check in and check out process + not having any front desk / staff to sort things out immediately. I never stayed in a facility like this where the customer is expected to have WiFi connection to call people and then keep waiting for the appropriate staff to show up and take you to room. May be everybody else understands the process, I did not, and was expecting to see and talk to actual people at a Front Desk on arrival. I was lucky that a gentleman called the hotel staff on my behalf. There was no waiting space, no sofas., no lobby, nothing after arriving in town from a long flight and a long drive from the airport. This was ridiculous, extremely cheap. I was not expecting this since I was not familiar with such accommodations. I am afraid I am not going to use such facilities any more. However, for people with families wanting to save some money, this seemed to be a great option. One other thing - the room was full of roaches, all over the kitchen and everywhere. But what really pissed me off is to find a roach near the pillow on the bed! There was no coffee-maker (your advertisement said that) - only a few cheap quality packs of coffee.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We have to pay for the Swimming pool if we want to use.

Poca pulizia. Cucina sfornita anche delle posate, nella struttura non vi era lavatrice ed asciugatrice come previsto.

The cleanliness and location of the property and communication with the property owner exceeded my expectations. Its a short distance from bukit Bintang and klcc, and its in a very busy area, so pick ups using GRAB are nearly instant.

No complaints. Everything was as expected or better.

Excellent location with 20 minutes walking distance to Petronas towers. The view of skyline in the evening was absolutely beautiful. The place was clean and staff was very responsive. Bedroom views were also amazing. Bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with kettle and fridge while there was also room for ironing.

Nothing negative to say. I could not figure out how to turn on stove but I didn't really ask staff.
