le nettoyage des sols est pas fou, pour le tapis il vaut mieux l’enlever, je sais que ce n’est pas facile à laver et coûteux mais la sortir de la douche faire trois pas et avoir les pieds noir euh non… je vais pas mettre mes sandals dans un hôtel :)

Shower did not drain away the shower water 💦 very well.

My partner loved the vibe of the hotel and aesthetics. I loved the bar area and how complimentary the beers and other final touches were. Communication was fantastic through the self service.

The digital hotel concept is a good one in principle, but the bot/email based communication process with the hotel / staff had its challenges - hard to get a quick answer to any questions

It's a very nice interior, with a super comfy bed, everything you need for a short stay. Beers in the fridge and the classy gift on the bed was a great little touch to make the stay even better.

WiFi connection was terrible. For somebody who needs to work remotely that would make it impossible to do that. Also, due to thick walls the 4G network was struggling too.

Lived the decor and design. Great use of technology for check in etc Excellent location,easy walk to everything we needed Kids loved that we all got our own double beds in the same room..such a rarity for most hotels Liked the complimentary hat/local beers in the fridge etc

Would have been great to have a small hob etc which would have helped with a family

we liked the style of the hotel. the extra kitchen space. the colours were good. You get a free breakfast and lots of free stuff. it is in a good location right in the heart of the action

Stayed in the "top room" and hadn't realised it was over 2 floors. Loved that! Loved the complimentary things, including vouchers, hat, and beers. New to self check in- a good feature if no problems that require staffing! WiFi was great as was the location.

The cockroach that came out from under the kitchen cupboard was a surprise! Eeks! Lots of sand in places from previous people on the wipe clean sofas.

Location is great and Italo Bar downstairs has a cool vibe. Got great service from the guys at Italo. Service was good also for a hotel with no on site reception etc. a late check-out was easy to organise with them.

When I booked room, I was unaware there was a set of steep stairs up to a mezzanine level where the bedroom is and there was no tv up there so no chance of lying in bed watching a movie. There was a giant tv downstairs in the small living area but uncomfortable couches, so the layout was just a bit odd and impractical.
