È stata una bellissima esperienza allo stone resort, la cucina davvero buona, camere ampie e pulite, difronte al mare, è stato davvero un bel soggiorno! La struttura offre anche servizi di escursioni a prezzi vantaggiosi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

J’ai bien aimé le calme et le confort que présente cet établissement , le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux, l’équipe est excellente, un spécial remerciement au chef responsable de la cuisine et son équipe

Close to beach
Nothing to do with property itself …. I like to swim most mornings in the sea (even at home in USA) but the mornings here coincided with low tide which made swimming impossible. Later in the day I could do it with the high tide .

The breakfast was very good every morning. The children loved the chocolate pancakes. We ate dinner there every night and enjoyed all our meals.
The kayaks that are available for guests to use really added so much enjoyment to our holiday and were a nice surprise.
The owner Uros was very helpful and accommodating, he lent us his kettle so we could have early coffee before breakfast was open as we are early risers.
The stretch of beach is amazing and beautiful, definitely one of the best beaches in Zanzibar. A few fun waves at high tide and enough water to swim in during low tide.

The lodge is situated right on the beach front. The rooms overlook the pool, so kids can play freely. Sitting in the restaurant one can see to the pool and to the beach at once. The host was very accessible and helpful, and really went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily, the food was good. It was a beautiful, relaxed, and intimate environment, a great place for a family vacation.

Stone Resort was the most wonderful stay we had within 14 days traveling through Tanzania. The Lodge is directly on the white beach. It is a cosy and familiar lodge with a very friendly and helpful owner couple. The owner organised all our trips and pickups in a pragmatic and uncomplicated way and was always around for the guests.
Breakfast is very good with fresh fruits and juice, omelette, pancakes, all fresh made.
We had a clean room with a private terrace with ocean view, this is really worth it. In the garden is a massage tent, I enjoyed a very nice massage there.
You can also use 2 kayaks from the lodge for free. It was really nice to paddle out and do snorkeling.
We had daily room service that was uncommon in the other lodges we had before.
I fully agree to the statements of other guests I read: being a guest in stone resort feels like being guests at friends. Thank you very much!

The hotel is excellent. It is clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. It is located on a beautiful, peaceful beach.

We liked literally everything about this resort! The hosts and the team were super, super helpful, friendly and accommodating!
Zeljko was assisting us with everything we needed, including booking a taxi and he negotiated the price in advance for us, which was amazing.
Food in their restaurant was AMAZING and the portions were huge; some of the times we couldn't finish our meals. :) We had breakfast included in our booking, but we were always coming back to their restaurant for lunch and dinner as well (went to Stone Town one day for dinner, food there was horrible so we came back to Stone Resort to have a proper and nice meal)! Props to the chef, can't say enough thanks to him and the whole team!
Thanks to Uros who booked and re-booked our visit to The Rock; even he was not in Zanzibar at the time. And the fact that he helped and assisted us the entire time - that again shows true professionalism.
In general, I would like to thank everyone again in the resort because their services were truly amazing! Hosts were coming to us several times per day to ask if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which shows true professionalism.
We had a very early flight back to Dubai, and Zeljko made us sandwiches for the trip. Tell me where else you can get this service? Zeljko, thank you!
Note to anyone who is planning to come on this side of the island: look no further! Stone Resort is the place to be, and trust me, you will not regret it! If I ever visit Zanzibar again, I'll definitely go there.

Water pressure in the shower and wifi signal, but it's an island so we didn't expect much honestly. The team is already working on it, so I'm sure it will be sorted soon. :)

A peaceful oasis in one of the most beautiful beaches in Zanzibar! Excellent staff, very helpful and available to make your stay as pleasent as possible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious with generous portions. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!
