Driving to the cottage I knew I would be staying at a great place! The road was quite, no traffic and had houses with manicured gardens. Pulling into the driveway I noticed bushes and landscaping that I knew I would enjoy, and, I had my first glimpse of the fenced in back yard. This would be GREAT! As I entered the cottage I was greeted with hardwood floors, a spacious living room and three bedrooms which I promptly explored. I found a big comfy couch where I looked forward to taking a nap. Then I saw the kitchen. What a surprise, I found special bowls for ME and my favorite snacks! After a quick snack I went to the back yard, it was great to roam around. Going back inside I stopped in the kitchen for another snack. I decided to go out the front door and take a run down the lane. Apparently that is not appropriate. I got a ride back the cottage and took a nap on big sofa with my favorite blanket I had brought from home. I woke up and went for a walk through the neighborhood and was greeted by many people and dogs. I had another snack and yes another nap. My BEST FRIEND came to visit me (I was in Greer for his wedding, so exciting!) That night I wasn’t sure which bed to sleep in so I tried them all. All were VERY soft and made rest and sleep easy. I hope I go back there again soon, it was the perfect place to stay. I recommend a visit for you some day, you will be glad you did. Obediently, Archie (the dog) P.S. This house is a jewell, immaculate and well equipped. My 2 small dogs enjoyed the back yard. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking, good water pressure, you can walk to downtown Greer with all its great shops and restaurants and to City Park. Greenville is an eaay drive, as are several state parks. I will definitely return.

This cottage exceeded all our expectations. It was not only super cute and well-decorated, it had top of the line appliances and a full-outfitted kitchen -- leaving us wanting for nothing. We chose the location for the location and took advantage of walking to Greer Station to enjoy the local beers and check out the history museum. We also enjoyed walking the pups in the morning and exploring the neighborhood. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Greer or use as a starting point for Greenville and Spartanburg.

We stayed here last summer and really based our trip this summer on when this property was available. It is a perfect, clean place for our family and dogs and so convenient to downtown Greer. It is a safe area where many nearby homes have been remodeled. We love the fenced in yard for our dogs. The owner provides a snack bowl for guests and some water bottles, which are a nice added touch. My kids enjoyed some of the games provided. Thanks again for a great stay!

We stayed at Holly’s cottage again and it never fails! Anything you might need is there in abundance - from kitchen staples to extra towels or bedding to dog treats and bowls. So many food options nearby and you’re within walking distance to most of them - all while relaxing at a home base on a quiet street. We’ll be back!

Great place

I have been on the search for a place to call Gigi & Papa’s forever Vrbo and I think I found it. I am very particular when it comes to making decisions and choosing this location for our visit to see our daughter and granddaughter could not of been a more perfect choice. Holly has the cottage so adequately stocked and set up and I absolutely was in love with the decor and furnishings. The location is perfect, just off the main road and so convenient to downtown. My kids and I were determined to complete at least 2 of the puzzles, 500 & 1000 piece and we did it! Do not hesitate on choosing this home for a visit to beautiful Greer.

This cottage is as advertised and more!! Ms. Holly was amazing to work with and the home was so well suited for a great getaway. She has so many extra touches and the decor and amenities are perfect. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to stay in Greer, to check out this cottage. Thanks!!

Cottage was great. All you need is your personal items & clothes. Lots of local information available in notebook provided by Holly. She also sent a link to things happening in Greer which was wonderful. Good places to eat & lovely cottage to stay in.

We chose this location on VRBO because of one of our daughters living in Greenville, but teaching in Greer South Carolina and we were curious about the area. We could not have been more delighted after staying in mini mini vacation homes! The attention to detail as well as plenty of space for us to spread out and enjoy and make wonderful Thanksgiving memories with this daughter! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and hope to soon!

We would give more than five stars for this cottage, if we could. The host provided snacks and water for our arrival, and all the supplies we wanted for the stay. It was an easy drive to the college we were visiting and to apple picking in Flatrock. We walked downtown with our dogs and around the neighborhood. It was a wonderful stay.

This property deserves 20 stars. The house was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable and the house was fully stocked. Holly was great to work with and she had local peaches and cold water waiting for us. The location is excellent. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Greer. The neighbors were super friendly. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Holly!

My daughter and I wanted to take in the sites around Greer/Greenville and thought this house would be a great fit. We were not disappointed. The town of Greer is really charming and close to Greenville and surrounding state parks. We brought our dogs for the trip and so glad we did. Holly is an excellent host who thought of everything right down to the smallest detail. It is exactly as described in the listing; a cozy house we felt right at home in from the moment we arrived. Snacks were waiting for us and dog dishes out for our pups. There were even sofa covers already on the living room furniture for the dogs. The beds and pillows were comfy, towels nice and fluffy and plenty of paper products for bath and kitchen. Also, large selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Many pots and pans, small appliances, dishes and utensils. It was super clean and fresh. The fenced backyard is a nice addition for the dogs and we enjoyed sitting outside on the patio in this quiet neighborhood. Holly is an amazing host, quick to respond and she text us after arriving to see that all was okay. I really appreciated that. There is so much in the area to take in and at the end of the day coming back felt like coming home. We were completely relaxed here. I look forward to visiting the area again and will definitely want to stay here. Thank you Holly for an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful 11 nights stay. The cottage had everything we needed and more. This is definitely one of our favorite rentals. The location is just right for taking a walk to the restaurants and shops, and the town park is a delight. We know the area fairly well but had not explored downtown Greer before. We loved the front porch and spent coffee time and cocktail time there most days. You cannot go wrong if you rent this home.

From day one we were impressed. It was a special home away from home. We had everything you could possibly want. Since we were here to find a house. The cottage made the stay so much more relaxing. We had to extend our stay here in South Carolina a few more days. So Holly reached out to find us another place to stay because her place was already booked for those days. Property was the perfect size and location. We moved nonstop around the area including downtown Greer and Greenville. Loved the Greenville farmers market. Perfect house. Very clean. Perfect for a family. Highly recommend.

We stayed 6 nights recently with our family and two dogs. This cottage met our needs perfectly. It was so nice to let the dogs out in the fenced backyard. The area is safe and many of the surrounding homes have been renovated. Downtown Greer was so nice and is one of my new favorite places. We enjoyed the restaurant Select and ate there twice during our stay. Holly is an amazing host and you can tell she really enjoys it and goes the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome. Not only did we have snacks upon arrival but so did our dogs. She also had dog bowls ready to go. Everything is labeled and easy to find. The porch was beautifully decorated for July 4th. Our kids also enjoyed Dillard’s ice cream, which is connected to Fisher’s Orchard. Century Park has a great playground nearby. It was a perfect stay and we look forward to returning.

This home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Holly thought of everything, including water and snacks, and everything was clearly labeled so it was easy to feel at home in the house right away. We enjoyed walking to uptown Greer to shop and eat. We use VRBO frequently and this was one of the nicest properties for the price that we have stayed in.

This is the most adorable, well located Vrbo I have ever experienced. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and within a short walk to downtown Greer. The host has thought of everything, from snacks to kitchen essentials, towels, bedding, area recommendations, treats for the pups, EVERYTHING. The house is spotless, and decorated in the most adorable country chic decor, no details were missed. Everything was labeled and easy to find. The yard is perfect for your furry friends. The host was extremely responsive and flexible to our situation. There are not enough nice things to say. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

Hands down, best property we have ever rented! It was clean and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Right down to snacks for us and treats for our pup upon arrival. The location was perfect..quiet street and walking distance to downtown Greer! Great family neighborhood that we enjoyed walking with our dog. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch, sipping our coffee on the red glider…definitely a must while you’re there. Holly was an amazing host. The home was so cozy and Holly had EVERYTHING a person could want. Snacks, coffee, tons of towels, lots of extra sheets and blankets, towels to wipe your pets off and So much more!!! The home is walking distance to beautiful Greer and a short easy drive to Greenville.

Rent this space if you are coming to Greer. It is charming, convenient, perfectly decorated and stocked with everything you may need. My wife and I brought our newborn baby home that we adopted from Greer and Holly went out of her way to make us feel at home. It was truly like being in a Hallmark Christmas movie. The town of Greer is so charming and we walked to Harvest and B/A for food and coffee every day! They love dogs and made ours feel so welcome. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had renting a property and we own a few airbnbs ourselves. Thank you Holly for such a beautiful experience and memory.
