Chambre très moderne, bien propre. L’hôtel est située dans le centre ville. Près de toutes locomotion. La chambre a été faite tout les jours.

Great location and excellent value for money. Lovely beds and facilities including the breakfast that was perfect and great value for money.

Pool was Out of order. However we had a room upgrad which was perfect for my daughter.

Hotel is clean and room we stayed in was spacious. Breakfast is good, spread, limited gluten free options. Great small gym.

Hotel charged my credit card 3 days before check in, wich was ok by me. I was super unplesantly suprised when they charged us more than number that was stated on reservation - apparently fee. For price, mini bar is not free you have to pay extra. Limited options of gluten free food for breakfast. Afther walking all day, we came to the romm and air conditioner in room - whole sistem was off. It is quite the walk from city centre, 15 minute walk from hotel there is metro.

The facilities were pleasant. The bathroom was supernice and the shower was working perfectly. The rooms were good equipped (shower caps, tissues, etc)

The rooms were not isolated well and you could hear the noise from the street and the cleaning staff and other guests in the morning. Also, the facilities did not offer any type of coffee in the room and charged additionally if you used the machine coffee (poor quality of coffee with high price). The hotel is a bit further from the main attractions but it has a good access to public transport.

aunque se indicaba que se pagaba en el alojamiento, resultó que pagamos las 4 habitaciones al llegar y luego descubri que ya habian cargado las 4 habitaciones en mi tarjeta de credito un dia antes. En definitiva han cobrado 2 veces las habitaciones, sigo intentando la devolucion despues de pasar mas de 48 horas.

Ubicación y Personal

Instalaciones, baño muy desgastado y no tragaba agua. En la habitación hacía frío, y nos dijeron que la calefacción no entraría en funcionamiento hasta invierno.

Muy lindo hotel, la piscina aunque no la usamos mucho es un plus importante En cuanto a la cercanía es algo lejos del centro pero el transporte es muy accesible y fácil de usar. Usamos el último día el restaurant, rico y accesible

La habitación era para 3, cuando llegamos la tercera cama se bajaba de una especie de mueble y estaba inclinada hacia abajo por lo cual era imposible dormirahí, además el colchón era muy fino. Lo bueno es que lo hablamos con el personal y nos pusieron una buena cama con un buen colchón.

Water pressure was good

This hotel is not a 4 star. A 3 star at best. Only part that looks like the pictures is the lobby and pool area (the only modern parts of the hotel). Corridors and bedrooms are very outdated and grubby with plug sockets hanging off walls. They told us our room was on the 9th floor but the elevator only went to floor 8 no one mentioned the steep flight of stairs we would have to climb with our luggage. No help was offered. The generator next to our room kept us up. Beds are rock hard, pillows are half empty. Tv volume did not work. I would not reckoned staying here. We stayed at this hotel after 4 nights in a H10 4 star hotel in the Marina which cost the same price and they are worlds apart.

Language barrier due to the fact that 90% of the staff don't understand English or French.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff.. very clean, great food and overall a quiet oasis in an otherwise busy Barcelona.

Room was next to the lift, which mean't repeated noisy mornings.. but this is unavoidable. The staff and overall atmosphere more than made up for it

The hotel is way too expensive comparing to what it offers. Also, beware - they will charge you additional tax (tourist tax) over the price that’s mentioned in the booking.com (even though it was written that there won’t be any additional charges!!!) - The toilet cleaning stick just wasn’t there (by design), so you will not be able to clean after yourself until the cleaning does it for you. - We lived in the room 507 and the cards to open the room were very unreliable - the first 5 days of our stay we had to contact lobby in order to reset software to let us into the room. They claim it’s a common occurrence for most guests at the hotel due to their old card system. - The pool was smaller than it appears on the photo! - The room had bad noise cancellation - we could hear all the noise from the street and the corridor (there was plenty of it) - The fire alarm blinked right above the bed and irritated the eyes at the time we tried to sleep. - Cleaning often failed to replace or even GIVE towels, which has delayed us in our usual bed-time routine, as we had to wait for them to be delivered to us from the reception. Overall: I’m 2 stays away from becoming Genius Lvl 3 and have seen many hotels and would not recommend this one at any cost!
