Bed rooms were a little cramped

The location was really good, especially with the car parking. It was a quiet residential area.

It is so tired. Needs a complete overhaul. Every handle we touched fell out in our hands, including the front door key lock. The settee was so low and uncomfortable, that we had to help our mother to get up from it, every time she sat on it. Also, it only really sat 3 people on it. The bath panel didn’t look nice as you went into into the bathroom, with the water from the bath that had wet it, then dried. The cupboards/wardrobes were very dated.

Great location with parking the house is very well looked after would definitely stay again

We stayed just the one night and being central the location and cottage was perfect for our family event. A lovely thought with the breakfast selection, with milk and juice in the fridge. My wife was very impressed with the hairdryer and straighteners in the bedroom. The cottage is very well kept , clean and tidy. Easy check in and the communication was constantly good from Kate

Value for money for a group of four or above. No car permit available so had to park overnight in the NCP, adjacent to the cottage.

Easy access to the city center. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice bed linen.

The courtyard outside had no where to sit and gate hanging off its hinges. Fridge freezer leaked, no scissors or corkscrew, Sofa too small to seat 6 people. One dining chair was broken and not fit for purpose. The advertising photos make the rooms look a lot larger than they actually are. Nasty stains on the lounge carpet. This should not be advertised as breakfast provided. The offered breakfast, was breakfast bars, some cheap pane au chocolate and cereal. Milk was offered in a few sachets, No Bread, butter or Orange juice. Very Poor!!!
