Das Frühstück war Gut. Kaffeesorten, sehr gut. Zwei Restaurants, gut.

Baulärm und Staub, schade. Wenn die Häuser fertig werden, wird es gut.

زحمة ، الرسبشن مش هادي نهائيا ، ارضية الغرفه كانت كارثيه من حيث النظافه كان الغبار يملي الرض ، الصور المعروضه على البوكنج لفرع و الحجز اللي يسوونه لحجز فرع ثاني و الاختلاف بينهم مثل الارض و السما ديزاين الفندق نفسه مل حلو و الغرف مكتومه عباره عن ممرات طويله فيها ابواب كبيره كل باب تفتحه تحصل مجموعة غرف لا تشبه من الخارج ابدا ما قد تكون رأيته على الموقع

Yassmine specifically at the reception and all her colleagues were so professionals though it was extremely over crowded but the kept the smile and covered all the needed information.. The pool and sauna is big and nice Room is cozy and balcony has good view on golf area Appreciate they accepted my last minute cancelation of the other room in rapid time In general all is good

Just a small note about the bar at the pool was left with only one person struggling to serve everyone, after it suddenly rained and i had our food all became wet as he could not manage on time to cover the food as he was alone trying to manage the situation.

الشقة واسعة ونظيفة ومريحة وخدمة الغرف ممتازة ويوجد سوبرماركت قريبة.

الكنبات في غرفة المعيشة صغيرة وغير مريحة. يوجد اصوات ازعاج بسبب اعمال البناء في الخارج.

WHEN I TOOK A SHOWER EVERYTHING IN THE BATHROOM WAS WET, FLOOR, TOILET, SINK. I've never experience something like that ever in any hotel I stayed at.

Breakfast was great with many different options, the swimming pool is fantastic and the spa services are great, the staff was so friendly..

i only miss a indoor restaurant as at nights is a bit cool outside, location is quiet but a bit far away as is in a growing up area. All the rest was good

This property was lovely and clean and modern pool etc was lovely unfortunately there is a lot of construction in the area at the minute which makes it very noisy hotel did offer too move us rooms but don’t think it would’ve helped the noise level

Staff is very courteous, interior design is modern, the room ameneties are modern, the breakfast is adequate, cleanliness is topnotch and there are groceries and pharmacy nearby for your needs.

Location is very hard to get into, as you need to pass a long side road. The bed is too stiff for our liking. Needs some maintenance work as the faucet is not fixed properly and water is pooling in the sink and slow to drain.

Everything was great ..especially the friendliness and great service provided by the staff..special thanks to Ramen,Kunali,suparna and the mentainance guy(forgot his name) and everyone that helped and made our stay great.will definitely recommend to family and friends. Will come back for sure

Friendly staff, all over. We had on the first evening dinner @ ISSEI and it was a very nice experience. Service staff was very friendly and could explain the menu very well. Japanese - Peruvian cuisine, very tasty and something new. Will try again, when we be back in this area. The other 2 nights we had dinner @Fire Lake and it was again a great experience. Very friendly and attentive service staff. Location of the hotel was very convenient for us, having business at Motor City. Right next to E611 for easy entrance and easy exit.

We order some drinks for Room Service, that took quite a long time to arrive and one follow up call. If you would like to be coloser to the city it might not be the best option. Other than that we can highly recommend Radisson Damac Hills Hotel.

The reception, a very high score for welcoming us. Ms. Yasmin at reception was the best in hospitality professional and very helpful.

The management and the staff were superb. Quick to answer phone calls and quick to give us what we needed.

Make sure that if you have kids to choose the deep cleaning everyday. Don’t opt in on the cleaning only once every three days. I don’t know why the hotel makes this an option. The rooms should be deep cleaned every day.
