Reception was friend and helpful. A small grocery store nearby is really an advantage. Rooms were big and we love it that each room has toilets + extra one outside.

Other than no heater in the pool, (the kids were sad :( ) - - but overall, it was a big hit, all friends wanted to come back!

The car parking

I was unfortunate to be given an apartment near the kitchen in the ground floor. When I requested to change the room, the hotel was fully booked and they werent able to do so and not possible to refund. Taken shower was all cold and was never hot, whenever I complained that no hot water coming out, they never fixed the problem in the 3 nights we stayed. You get small body towels, lucky if they replace them for you next morning when doing room cleaning. A hotel in a Muslim country would be expected to at least keep one praying mat and somewhere showing the direction of the Qibal, but unfortunately that was never the case in the apartment we stayed. Lastly, as I’m a person who don’t like spicy food, the food smell from the kitchen is all over the corridor and I think every apartment in the corridor were privileged to get kitchen smells of spicy food.

We stayed in a two bedroom and reasonably large apartment. Though they claimed to have only 2 bed and 2 bath, there was a 3rd guest restroom without a bath. The parking gate was accessible with the room card.

The room was smelling when we checked in and asked them to clean it again. We assume that the mop was unclean when they wiped the floors causing an nauseous smell in the room. The mattresses and pillows were commercial ones and can really be uncomfortable. The TV channels were not even worth considering. The eco friendly, automated lighting system in the corridors were sometimes insensitive to people walking and would not light up. We were unaware of the breakfast nor was there a menu card in our rooms of the restaurant on the ground floor. There we no crowds seated for breakfast, lunch or dinner that we recollect and hence thought that the restaurant was probably just there without significant menu offerings. Some hotels leave you with that feeling to come back, not this one. The washing machine was without a dryer and it took a day or two for cloths to dry in the winters, don't know why they have a washing machine without a dryer Penny-wise but Pound-foolish!

A modernly designed apartments, fairly new, the smell in the corridors are great. Highly recommended for those who has a car, Mr Rajesh the operation manager is an example of a professional who knows how to handle problems and please customers. Mrs. Yadi receptionist and Joseph the portal are really the best, they are customer service oriented, Mrs SU from the restaurants and her other colleagues are welcoming and helpful, food ( breakfast) is good not to much variety. All employees security guards and housekeeping are really emazing!. Will be back insha Allah
