Location - good room space - very modern - good art work in the room - great bathroom

Beware the public multi story carpark advertised is open from 7am to Midnight-if you park overnight you can’t get your car out of the carpark until 7am. There is another very close carpark that’s open 24 hours - they both cost the same.

Location fantastic with lots of bars, shops & restaurants within a stones throw. Car park near and cheap too. Easy check in. Bed was extremely comfy. Gorgeous bathroom. Well equipped kitchen if needed.Tea,coffee & milk sachets provided with a lovely touch of Biscoff biscuits too. Huge TV and Wi-Fi. Can order room service from the bar next door too. Communication with the property before and during 100%

Room 1 had patio doors off the kitchen onto a patio with table and chairs. This had changed since booking so no room to sit but if a smoker it’s great- maybe a wall ash tray would be good going forward. I did contact the owners who have since opened the coolest bar at the back so taken some space that was part of the room. Would have been nice to have been told about that change in advance. We did have some drinks in their bar 22 totally recommend. Noisy on a weekend but stops at 12am No issues we had the best time.

Location and decor of the room was very pleasant

Steep stairs to get to my room with a shared bathroom was not ideal.

There were too many insects I got bitten , I had a horrible night sleep and I had to work the next day , Ian not pleased with my stay at all

Appauling... scammers! Theft of £900! Discriminatory behaviour... Read on. The 'hotel' was not finished when we arrived, scaffolding still outside with workmen on it at window level throughout the week of our stay which encroached on privacy (no prior warning) workmen also let themselves into the building and our rooms throughout, door surrounds still displaying builders foam being one of the minor indicators that they had rushed to open. On the second day, the front door and every door to our separate apartments had been left open when we arrived home at 10pm, and windows left opened at the scaffold level, huge security risk. On the first night, crumbs that had not been cleaned from the toaster caused smoke, which set off the fire alarm. The hosts were uncontactable. Several different numbers were attempted, and they did not respond to the message on booking.com for two days. The fire alarm continued to sound until 2 am without any way to isolate it. The fire brigade turned up and was also unable to stop it due to the 'panel' being in a locked room that appeared to have been screwed shut. We were left with no alternative but to remove the alarm and disrupt the electrical supply, the hosts are attempting to charge us for this. The alarm downstairs continued to sound until 9:30am Furthermore, in direct contractiction of the law under the equalities act 2010, the hosts have charged an additional £900 to our credit card, which is entirely unauthorised. Their reason appears to be that a service animal visited the property, which is an act of discrimination. They refuse to identify themselves, company number, licensing, etc... we will be persuing them in small claims court.
