This place exceeded my expectations. Maria's welcoming and was the hostess of the mostess. Warmth, professional, welcoming and they went over and above the extra mile by leaving me a bottle of wine as a comforting gesture. Superb

Everything! Seriously, the beautiful place, the staff, the location. Wonderful stay, I highly recommend.
TV didn't seem to work but might have been me! Would love to have had dish soap and a towel for cleaning dishes.

There was a tiny issue, but it was taken up with the personnel. no big issue

Lights during loadshedding. Comfortable bed. Aircon and heater.
Curtains and blinds were filthy. Also bathroom windowsill. Breakfast could have been better.

The location, walking distance from shops and restaurants, and not too far when driving to other parts of town.
The host was extremely helpful.
The breakfast is OK although the breakfast room is too tiny if all tables would be full.
Load shedding. The lodge wasn't very ready for this, and I sat by candlelight in the evening.

The breakfast was okay, my partner enjoyed it more. The location is easy to travel to. The host (housekeeper) was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We felt very welcomed and had a sense of feeling at home. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly and professional from arrival to departure. The rooms were perfect, the breaky was amazing, and the staff were exceptional! It truly felt like home away from home.

Breakfast was great, served with a smile. Quaint little room to have breakfast in, tucked aways nicely. Away fromt he rooms.
Unfortunately no wifi in the further rooms. No remote control for the TV.
