No problems at all. Nice and accommodating host . easy to find if up a little hill. The breakfast was good.

not much. some might find the street a little daunting but it was no problem for me - 63 year old asthmatic guy that I am.

It was close to the main bus terminal. The property is pretty, clean and fresh. I especially like the room which is spacious, freshly pained and nicely decorated. It and the property looks Mediterranean and Turkish at the same time. Breakfast was scrumptious and ample. I particularly like the family who ran this fab Pensione. Chiemi and husband are friendly, helpful and made me feel so welcome. I would definitely book here again when I visit Turkey. Lovely people and welcoming to strangers / visitors. Love the bathroom. Clean, fresh and minimalist.

Nothing to dislike. Yes, there was building of a home but the noise is only during the day. Some reviewers mentioned that rooms were not soundproof but if you want soundproof you should go to a five star hotel. This Pensione is charming and one can enjoy breakfast up on the rooftop with a view of distant horizon. What more do you want especially when the rate is so reasonable.

Owner was very nice. Hotel is 2 min from central walking street, 7 min from the coastline. Location 10/10. Room is absolutely clean. Wi-Fi is fast.

It was very cold in the room during the night. AC cannot heat the room. Metal bed squeaks so bad, hard to sleep. There are many houses using stoves for heating. there’s always smoke in the evening and night.

The staff was very kind and helped us with everything we nedeed.

The walls are very thin, you can practically follow the conversation of the next room. It does not have its own parking. Parking is free in the neighbourhood BUT the street are very narrow and steep. The owner parked the car for us :)

Location is good, roads very narrow, vehicles were not able to reach the hotel location and tour vehicles not coming hotel for pick you up. Because if this i am walked 0.7km With my luggage and 2 kids.

The rooms were really cute and well furnished, the building itself was beautiful, the staircase is really picturesque, we even did a little photoshoot there, it turned out so cute:) and the family running Casa Magnolia was just the nicest people ever.

The view from our window wasn't the best I have seen, but it's just the street the hotel is located, so it's not really their fault.

Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, and a stunning view from the terrace. Casa Magnolia is a lovely family-run guesthouse in the centre of Kuşadasi.

great location walking distance into the main area of kusadasi. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace and when we had to leave early one day there was a packed lunch for us to bring with us instead! Super friendly staff.

The room was beautifully decorated and it was the most comfortable bed I slept in during my entire month in Turkey and Greece. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is running by a very nice family and they were very helpful for everything and the breakfast on the roof was excellent also the location was excellent just 2 minutes walk away from city centre.

Everything, perfect central location. Recently renovated buildings and very tastefully decorated. Great presser in the shower and always hot water available. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast with fresh ingredients and very substantial. Amazing value for money. I can’t praise our hosts enough, really made us feel welcome, kind, welcoming, helpful a really lovely family and the most polite lovely children. I am already looking forward to a return visit.

Clean room and good location but it was hard to drag my bag on the streets because of the ramps and the dirt aisles. The hotel is owned by a nice family, the wife makes a delicious breakfast and the husband, Jayhan, helped me with money exchange and the Ephesus day trip reservation.

The towels smelled when they were wet, I suggest you boil them.

The owners were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was centrally located.

The place was hard to find. The room was not big enough for 4 adults. The bathroom was small and needs better ventilation. Mattresses were uncomfortable and new mattresses are needed.

Breakfast is super nice. View from the roof top. Arrival by car is not easy. Very narrow unpaved roads. But the place itself is practically next to (by foot) the vibrant center of the town.
