The spaciousness of the apartment, the cleanliness and the ease to book an affordable driver from the reception.

There could have been more options for breakfast e.g. pancakes, french toast, fruit salad, mandazi etc.

The host was nothing short of amazing, I coordinated everything from Nairobi and my colleagues were able to get exceptional service from him. He was on top with communication as well as taking care of them as it partains to settling in and sorted them with where to get meals as they had arrived quite late from Nairobi. I would highly recommend the place and will for sure be back to experience personally, the photos for sure gave me FOMO 😊😊

excellent and attentive staff. Very willing to help, direct, offer recommendations and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Breakfast was excellent, very quiet and peacefull scene.

This is outside of the hotel's control but the road leading to the location was quite a challenge for a low riding car like we had. Not a must but an SUV may be more suitable especially if it rains.

I loves the serene environment, it was extremely quiet and peaceful thus allowing comfortable rest for the weary business traveller. Charles the host was very friendly and accomodating to all of my requirements and made me feel very welcome

The access road to the house is rocky and I therefore could not reach the residence with the low car taxi (Suzuki Alto) that I had hired from the airport. I would suggest that visitors be advised of this so as not to use such small vehicles

We loved the location, up the hill, quiet and serene. Our host was warm and welcoming.

My stay at prime Nomads was wonderful. It’s located on a peaceful area. It was a tranquil time for me and my partner to rest and break away from our busy schedules. The check in was pretty much quick as everything was already prepared before our arrival. Charles took us through everything in the apartment and ensured we had everything needed. The staff members were also very kind and helpful. The morning breakfast came in In in a timely manner. I will surely be staying here whenever I will be in kisumu.
