Big enough for all ten of us to have space, right on beach, and balconies to sit and see/hear ocean at night.

Wasn’t a problem in Dec but parking for three cars would be hard during vacation season.

The house was amazing. We have a large family, and it was the first time we had decided to stay at a house instead of booking several hotel rooms , just to fit all of us. Every room was clean and cofortable . The decks on all levels gave the most beautiful views of the ocean. The balcony had a large area to either relax, or even have dinner while taking in the beautiful scenery . Will definately come back.

No breakfast

Floors were sandy outside chairs were dirty , had to clean to sit on.

The ceiling in street side 1st floor bedroom began leaking during the storm. The sliding doors in beachfront 2nd floor bedroom are not sealed completely,there is a constant ocean breeze even when the door is shut and locked

The location.

The home was not clean. We found mice droppings on one of the beds, chip crumbs on the floor, dusty, greasy countertop, no mattress covers on several of the beds. We ended up washing all the sheets that were not on mattress covers, vacuuming all the floors and cleaning the countertops. I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning which was not supposed to happen. The pictures listed on your listing are not pictures of the home we paid for.
