Great and very welcoming staff
A big room, rather modest, but for 1-2 nights is ok. A great plus is a fridge and hot water in the bath.
We had breakfast at 6 a.m. ,which is exceptionally useful when leaving early in the morning for a safari.
You can order dinner, and after an hour, it will be ready - very tasty! We ordered chicken and burger, portions are good.
A good location: not far from the Arusha airport, also close to 2 supermarkets, where you can buy food or wine.

Het personeel was zo aardig. We konden onze tassen er laten staan tijdens safari en ze wilden je altijd graag helpen. Zwembad, tuin, kamers... alles was prachtig!

O que não funcinou, neste hotel a cozinha, comida muito lenta para chegar até à mesa, mesmo tanto muito pouca gente na hora do jantar, e mesmo pedindo com 40 minutos antes a comida demorava 1 hora a chegar até nós. Estadia com poucas opções para 1 ou 2 noites para o desenrasca é no mínimo bom. ÁGUA do banho corre muito pouco. Tambem só recebem dinheiro, não têm multibanco para nada.

I booked a triple room for the same price and the size and view were great
The TV didn’t work, hot water didn’t work, the power went off for hours and no coffee making in room. They did bring some when I asked in a thermos because the power was off.

Our bathroom tap/shower sprayed brown and boiling water, impossible to take a shower/clean ourselves. The staff tried their best to fix it but was still not great and definitely not what we were expecting.
Food was mediocre and took an hour to cook despite there only 2 tables of guests, limited breakfast selection.

Great value for money! Definitely recommended for short stays between for example Kili hike and safari, or safari and Zanzibar. The staff was amazing, they even prepared for us package breakfast because we were flying very early in the morning!
We liked everything! Maybe having a hair drier in the reception that the residents can borrow would be beneficial

The staff were exceptional. They helped in location of our luggage and could not do enough for us. It was spotless clean and very comfortable. We stayed before and after our Safari and it was a godsend. The showers could be stronger but that’s about the only fault I have

Good location.Has a nice garden, swimming pool. The breakfast is very slow in terms of service but overall experience was just amazing as I left my bag accidently in hotel and they sent to airport almost immediately which costs only 10000 shillings,I was super impressed by this.
Hot water was not available on first night but was later fixed.

They let me borrow an adapter since I didn't have one!
Kept my bag for a few days till my return to the hotel while I complete some activities.
They have dinner available at a very convenient price.
Bathroom is not the greatest, toilet was not working properly when I got there in either of the nights so I had to call for someone.
They have laundry available, make sure you ask in Shillings and then you convert it to Dollard, otherwise the lady will overcharge you.

The place is comfortable if you're looking to stay the night before or after activities.
There is hot water and the bedroom has a mosquito net.
There is a kitchen where you can have dinner if you would like to place an order, be aware that it's only cash!
The staff is VERY nice, helpful and kind. That makes it great!
The 2 nights I was there (not continuous nights) the toilet was not working well. It's not super close to a convenience store so if you want to do a couple of things, I recommend you get a driver.

I loved this place, great value, convenient location, nice pool and garden. Good simple menu and friendly staff. We stayed here twice in a few weeks period, both rooms were very spacious!

Absolutely brilliant value for money. The staff are very helpful, food in the restaurant very good and rooms very comfortable. We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of our 2 week trip to Tanzania and they were really helpful, arranging drivers to collect us from the airport and take us shopping and to buy local Sim Cards for our phones. Very convenient and safe location for the start of our Safari.
