Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Was skeptical however, exceeded my expectations.

Great location, nice hotel with comfortable amenities

This is a nice hotel trying to act like it’s five stars. The lobby and first floor are an absolute zoo. They let anyone come in and hang out, so you have to be ok with chaos to enjoy it. Staff is not exactly pleasant. The cleanliness was a joke. I got out of the shower, dried myself with the “fresh” towel, looked down and found at least five long hairs (not my own) stuck to me 🤢 so so nasty. The room itself was nothing special. Just a pretty basic hotel room with a good view, a big bathroom, and some corny lodge vibes. My final complaint is that parking is valet only and $30 + tax a day. Big yikes. All of this could be forgiven if the prices weren’t so exorbitantly high, but expectations rise the more you pay.

I loved the coffee at the restaurant, really good. Location is great to take a walk and enjoy the views.

The pressure at the shower was not good. We expected a great experience based in other comments but we didn't have good luck and our shower had very low pressure. At the frontdesk they said was something wrong that days, so, usually they don't have this problem.

Beautiful property. It really is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms have lovely high ceilings and finishes. The shower was amazing and we had beautiful view of the river. It is a memorable place to stay especially for your location to downtown and the falls themselves. Worth staying at.

Breakfast was an absolute disappointment. For the price to stay at a hotel like this, there should be options - at least fruit and breads/bagels etc. I was genuinely surprised. No chairs in the rooms with balconies ; no access to a microwave, nighttime (NATIVE) drumming sounds in rooms that made it hard to sleep, restaurant downstairs bar had limited food options, guests should have priority rsvps to Btwn the Trees restaurant, early checkout policy is not fair for guests who must leave suddenly (emergencies)

Excellent location next to the river and park and restaurants. Excellent amenities - spa, bourbon bar, restaurants. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and luxurious.

On arrival the valet guy was very short, rude and it was not what we’d expect from this hotel. We talked to manager.

The hotel was clean. And the location was close to a lot of attractions.

My husband and I stayed here for our 26th wedding anniversary. And.. I guess I just expected a certain level, especially at this price point, of customer service…Which was lacking. I recently stayed here during a girls trip, and was soo impressed by the experience. I raved about amazing the Grand Bohemian was. How I feel they went above and beyond to make our trip special. Which is why I booked for our anniversary. But was very underwhelmed by the customer service. I don’t mind paying too dollar to stay somewhere nice, and with a great location. But the customer service is just as important. We left feeling very disappointed.

Property is perfect. One female bartender in the lobby bar was rude, unfriendly but the checkin staff was wonderful and the valet attendants were friendly sly and helpful.

My husband and I visited this place last weekend for our 10-year wedding anniversary. This place 100% exceeded our expectations. The friendliest staff, the amazingly spotless rooms, our water view, the restaurant/bar area.. everything was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back!

The Grand Bohemian Lodge is breathtakingly gorgeous. The hotel is worth every cent for comfort and grandeur.

The breakfast @ Beyond the Trees is overly priced for the quality.
