Excellent location right next to Gora station with very easy access by train to get there, as well as an easy way to get to the ropeway. Great ammenties with a full kitchen and washing machine. The balcony has a nice view of the surrounding mountains. It has a good sized living space with adequate room for 4 adults complete with TV and a set of board games. The pincode access door was good for easy entry and being able to split up as a group while out and return to the property at leisure without the hastle of carrying a key. The airconditioning was powerful and effective. The staff communicated very well through booking.com.

The staircase is skinny and steep, and the upstairs sleeping space is a bit of a low ceiling.

Near Gora station. Big place with complete amenities. Love the dining and kitchen area. Could fit 6people. Bathroom is superb with automatic bathtub and heater. Would definitely book again!

Stores around the area close pretty early (6pm) so stock up on food before they close :)

Great location just two minutes walk from Gora station in a quiet lane. Unfortunately Gora goes to sleep at 5 so bring food! Well equipped (with the proviso below) well laid-out.

There is no sound insulation between the properties so we were woken at 530 by a child going up and down the stairs next door and thought it was someone in our own unit. Could hear every word being spoken next door. This is not the fault of the occupants it’s appalling design. Otherwise this property would be a 9/10. It’s absolutely criminal not to provide tea or coffee in an otherwise well-equipped property.

The location was right next to the Gora Station. Comfortable and everything was provided. Check in/out process was easy and straight forward.

Place was spacious, kitchen well stocked. Walking distance to gora Station to do the hakone free pass round trip. Near a few good food places. Will need to try the gyoza place.

Parking was like a 5 min walk away. No clear instructions on where to park. Lucky we met the cleaning lady who could tell us where to park.

The house is conveniently located near Gora Station. All appliances are in good working conditions, heating up your breakfast from convenience store is easy. Not a lot of restaurants are opened for dinner maybe due to covid but finding food is definitely not an issue. There is even a washing machine for use and you can even watch TV in the bathroom! The whole house is well-kept and clean. Digital key lock makes checking in a breeze. I will stay again when I am in Hakone.

There is free allocated parking 2 minutes walk from the house. The parking ground is uneven. I recommend to unload the luggage in front of the house then proceed to the parking lot.

Very clean and walking distance to Gora Brewery & Grill and Gyoza Center, which my friends and I really enjoyed. Also, within 15 mins drive to Yunessun and Open Air Museum. New with modern bathrooms and appliances. Host was very friendly and responsive. A very cozy townhouse.

Walls are very thin. Could hear the neighbors talking, laughing, and stomping around. Also, no convenience stores nearby, or any restaurants open late or any that deliver. Stairs are slippery and my friend slipped and fell.

The place looked new and clean and very well equipped. We liked the ryokan style living room. Host never contacted us but it was reasonably easy to get in. The place is big and spacious. Comfy beds. Really close to train station.

A bit pricy for 2 people. Pillows are not the best. No contact with host at all. Booked the place after seeing a japan tourism discount and never knew it was for japanese residents only

The property was super clean, new, very close to the station, and conveniently located to various tourist sites and restaurants. We stayed there from December 21 for 3 nights. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking implements.

The kitchen was smaller than it looked, but the table can be made smaller in order to get around a bit better. I thought that one room had Western beds, but all the rooms had futons.
