nice clean open space apartment smart .
Lifts were not working it was like a maze.

Nicely positioned for getting to The Quays. Large flat. excellent communication with the host. Clean.

This property is in a convenient location and the host was friendly. check in was easy.
The property did not match the photos and is in dire need of a clean and update. It was filthy. The bathroom has mould around the shower and shower head. There were broken tiles around the shower and paint peeling from window sills and skirting boards. The floor and walls in every room were dirty and there was dust everywhere. The beds were so uncomfortable one of us ended up sleeping on the lounge. Drawers and furniture were run down and breaking. one cupboard was locked up with a chain which was odd. There was no tumble dryer despite one being listed. The whole place needs an overhaul and a massive clean.

very good place especially for the price to pay. Essentials like blow driers provided which we found really nice
Could smell that the fridge hadn’t been in use for a long time. Was expecting a sofa bed but still made use of the sofa.

Check in was easy and the host very accommodating. The flat was clean and good size. Location was ok, near a tram stop, and free parking.
The decor was a little tired. Location not quite as convenient as I thought.

The location was convenient for our purpose of travel. The host was welcoming and friendly.
the rooms could have been better, cleaner. the facilities ( fridge, hob and oven, bathroom wares, beds, the sofa )need to be replacement. practically the whole House needs to be revamped.

Location beneficial
Flat was filthy, carpets heavily stained. Beds are not those in pictures, the mattresses are collapsed in middle so you can feel metal from underneath through your back. Bathroom was vile, thick mould and dirt around shower to point we didn't want to use it. There was no sofa bed in livingroom. Blinds throughout are broken and so dirty. Paint pealing off walls. This was not a nice flat and myself and children left day early due to condition. When owner was contacted he was very rude. I have noticed another family have had same issue and clearly nothing been done. Disgusting

it was disgusting, dirty and bad condition. double bed was disfigured, toilet had old urine stains all down the side, broken tiles, paint missing off walls, carpets dirty, beer and food in kitchen cupboards that’s not ours.
list would go on it was filthy
can believe it’s had a good clean in a long time. my partner has emailed separately as it’s just not good enough or anything like the “ beautiful apartment” listed in the ad. it’s false advertising

Location was suitable
Apartment was horrible and unclean. Cannot believe we paid £170 for one night and it was disgusting. Would not stay here again.
