The location was ideal. The neighborhood was perfect for my son to enjoy walks, and there were several parks close by. It's close driving to everything to Franklin, and a 30 min drive to Nashville. The beds were comfortable and the owners were incredibly gracious & responsive! They helped us even add a day, last minute, to our stay because of Hurricane Ian.

I know this is a new property for the owners- but the only thing I wish was different was a bit more furniture in the living room. Everything else was outfitted with cozy charm. The swing on the back porch was a big hit, too.

Fresh In Franklin is a beautiful, comfortable, and adorable little home. In our party, we had two teens and 1, so we were very comfortable in this home with 3 beds (in 3 bedrooms), and 2 bathrooms. It has a Real Fireplace, beautiful colors and decor, a super fun and relaxing porch swing, and it’s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Access to large parks are within walking distance, and shopping is located nearby. The best thing this home has to offer is it’s amazing owners who are exceptionally easy to approach with any questions, they’re helpful, and attentive to any communication you might send to them. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The garage was unusable during the time we were there due to some mechanical issues but we were okay with leaving our car outside because the neighborhood is safe, and there was no threat of hail damage to our rental car at the time we were in town.

This was the cutest little house. Everything looked like it had just been remodeled. Very comfortable and clean. Neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe.

The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great! Close to Nashville Zoo, miniature golf, and movies. Owner was great, and very friendly.

The ones sleeping in the second bedroom wished their was a TV in there, But actually there are enough tvs here!

Cozy, very clean, and my mom was over the moon to discover coffee and coffee filters in the cabinet because we forgot to bring them. The rest of the kitchen is also well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans and silverware and even tupperware. Hosts were very communicative, the neighborhood is very friendly (lots of people out walking their dogs, a playground within walking distance too), and the decor is bright and cheerful and homey. A lovely little place to stay!

The backyard is a little muddy if you've got kids who need to run around. But there's a playground nearby, so it works out.
