Location, pool and views

Rude staff, no assistance for faulty key, no cleaning for 5 days.

Excellent value for money. The hotel Is located in the city centre, between Chinatown and Peronas Tower. The forniture are new, the view from the room Is special. The charming swimming pool Is the icing on the cake.

There Isn’t hot water for shower.

The check in was easy and the room was comfy!

The property price was not reflected in the charge to my card. It listed one price and then charged me 50% extra - I would not have booked this property if I had known.

For the price, it's really nice. The view is incredible, as a solo traveller it's perfect, everything works well in the flat. Bed is pretty comfy, work table is nice, the flat is small but super modern.And the facilities of the condo are just 5 stars (pool, gym, etc.). I would definitely come again.

The person of contact for this flat is definitely nice, and most probably doing his best. But... whenever you have a question, he kind of has ''no idea''. I did not have electrical adaptators for the power outlets @ Malaysia (different than most countries in Asia) and he had no idea at all how to help me find one / gave me bad advices. Also, when I asked for a few more hours potential stay-in, they proposed to... charge me more than what I was paying per night - kinda strange lol. So yeah : do not expect anything from the owner/people handling the flat. They are nice but they are lost. Know what to expect, there are virtually ''no services'' included with your stay. It's fine most of the time though.

The host is greedy and basically looks for opportunities to get extra money for anything. I was told to pay 50 RM extra for 45 minutes early check-in at 2.15 pm. Chage money even if you leave your bag early !!! He did not communicate back even though he knew I was waiting till 3. When I texted back after 3, the way he replied back as if I was staying for free. The host is RUDE and I find the place NOT welcoming. No room service was provided during our stay. Besides that, the pool most of us book this hotel for not that great. Unclean water ,5 seats for a 39 floor building and 3 seats ware occupied by their own staff for gossip while guests are wandering around !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BOOKINGS THIS PLACE

service of the superhost.. i had a problem with a 5 times reminding and no one had to take an action to solve it, also i heard that they give some foreigners the worst rooms with bad views and i was chosen to be given a bad room.

Room was really nice, all the hotel is really nice and confortable and the cherry on top os definetly the rooftop swimingpool, awesome!

the room is reallyyy superb ! nice decoration with the perfect view . eventho the room seem quite small or maybe i could say medium but it provide all the facilities such as washing machine, detergent, kitchen utensil, all perfect like a home 😘 the best part they also have netflix !

they don’t provide broom as the floor quite dusty for my staying which is 3days 2nights . and one thing about the door lock have a problem tht I can’t lock my room if i go out . eventho the staff had solved it but I hope this will not occur anymore bcs it is to dangerous if let your room not lock like that.

The view is amazing. The Pool also is worthy. The facilities in general of the building are good.

I would have love to have at least extra towels, as they don't clean your room (or it is not included in the price). Nobody changes the towels, and for staying more than 2 days this was not nice for my experience. the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom grates was unpleasant. At sunrise you will have to wear some sleeping mask if you don{t want to be awake by the light that enters the window (the black out curtains don't cover the entire window)

Wifi was bad - Netflix and YouTube was ok, but other websites was extremely slow. Bad view from my 9th floor.

There is no towel rack

Extremely welcoming, immaculately clean and always greeted with a smile. Excellent value for money, and the best nights sleep you could ask for.
