The room was extremely clean, tidy and located in a strategic area. Local food was always around, with a 24 hour 7/11. It was not far from the city centre, as a GrabCar ride was cheap and quick. The hotel was a close walk away to the MRT & LRT station. The room was comfortable, with necessary amenities suited for our stay. The staff were also excellent. Ram was extremely helpful and friendly - he went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly pleasant. The house keeper Khan was also really accomodating to our requests. To top it off, it is extremely affordable!!
There were no windows but we did not have a problem with that considering the price and the AC worked perfectly!

The light is suitable for studying purposes. The room is enough for two people only. But for the table only can be used for one person only. The staff is so friendly.
Location. It is quite crowded place. But lucky me to get the parking lot right in front of the hotel. Dont buy food from the mamak stall at the corner of the building at the right of the hotel. It is tasteless and so expensive.

This place is so creepy and feels very unsafe here. Took it at the last minute. Totally regret it. We took a family room with 2 queen bed. The lights, aircond, shower, the bed is very bad.

the only positive thing was the friendly receptionist and early check in
the room was not the one I booked. it was smaller and no bathtub. it was not clean at all, particularly the bathroom, and in only 12 hours that I stayed there I had to kill at least 5 cockroaches.

It was easy to locate and nearby essential amenities.
1. the room had a hole in the ceiling with toilet paper stuffed in it.
2. i dont normally watch tv in hotels but this time the tv was completely unwatchable. speak about tv, behind the tv was filled with dust.
3. the frames of the bed were so old that the smell of old wood would fill the room, i had to spray some perfume to reduce it.
4. staff did not help with luggage whatsoever and the place did not have a lift so we had to carry up the luggage.
5. they dont accept cards only cash.
6. pillows are old and worn out.
