Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (excursions écologiques, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances non-fumeurs est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Marathon Music Works (salle de concert) est à 8 min de marche et Marathon Village, à 9 min, vous pouvez donc laisser votre voiture dans le parking dont dispose l'hébergement.
Cette location avec 8 chambres et 9 salles de bain compte également un canapé-lit et la climatisation. Accès à Internet, télévision avec chaînes par câble ou par satellite : vous ne manquerez de rien pour vous divertir lors de votre séjour. Parmi les équipements de salle de bains, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes. Préparez un bon petit plat maison dans la cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire : un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une cafetière, un distributeur de glaçons et un micro-ondes. Inutile de vous encombrer de nombreuses tenues de rechange : vous aurez également une machine à laver et un sèche-linge à disposition.

Communications by renter prior to arrival was great. Had a problem with entry codes to the units, this was also an issue I’ve seen others write a review about.

Didn’t love a lot. The houses are nice inside. Not fully equipped. There is a keuring, no coffee pot. The cleaning lady, who was extremely nice, was still cleaning after 4 pm check in. All the 4 houses had different very long number combinations that didn’t work for any house. FYI they call the houses A,B,C and D with no identification on house. We kept calling company to help with combinations and they were very unhelpful. Had to wait to have someone come to reprogram combinations. First house code wasn’t working because battery was dead in key pad. We didn’t want to leave until situation was settled. We had 11 people. We were late to dinner and our bike reservations. Will not recommend houses (not a great location) or rental company.

Fist of all I rented all 4 condos and only sent one code, had to call get other three codes, the code # are ridiculously long and you have look it up every time you want in. Short on bath towels, dish clothe,1 mini soap bars in each bathroom to accommodate 24 people for 5 days. Only 2 detergent for 2 loads of wash. Outlet are falling in some plugs and screws falling out of front door. No toasters. Very slim on dishes and cups. If you say it accomadates up to 26 you should have supplies for that many people. I called Vacasa 3 times and took repot but never came repair and give us more supplies. My husband call a 4 time and the girl hung up on him at Vacasa. The location was close to downtown but just no communication or service when we asked for help.

Stayed here with a group of 20 rented all 4 townhouses at first we only got one code but with a message and a quick phone call back we had all four and no problems
Nice location as far as close to Broadway not walking distance although a group did do it took them 45 min but ubers were there within 3 to 4 minutes that was great
But lots of sirens and trains going through so if u are a light sleeper like me you won't get much
Also no toaster in any of the condos that was a downfall and in every condo only a one cup keriug except one condo had a traditional coffee pot but we expected one in each since that it said coffee maker in each condo
The biggest downfall was the towel situation we only had 5 towels in each condo that was just enough for 1 for all of us for 1 day luckily some of the group drove and had brought their own
It says it sleeps 24 so.if we would have had 24 4 people would have had no towels
There is a walgreens about 2 blocks away that carries beer and wine and some groceries that was nice
I had a wonderful time despite this stuff

This property was perfect for 7 adult couples to take in a concert and Broadway.

The property is new and is in a transitioning area but we felt safe. The townhouses were clean BUT two of them had ants. It was clear that the management knew about them because we noticed the ant traps when we first arrived. And then we saw all the ants as we were unpacking. One of our family members was going to bring her dog. The description on VRBO says this property is pet friendly but when I inquired about the pet fee, I was informed that the property only allows cats so that was a little misleading. Overall, however, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.
