Our group of 16 adults stayed for 5 nights. There were so many amazing aspects to the home but a few areas that need to be noted. Concerns: low water pressure in the older part of the home. Typically not an issue till there were 20 year old girls in each of the showers. It also made it difficult to flush some of the toilets as it took pretty long for them to refill. Some of the furnishings need replaced. Cabinet handles came off easy, kitchen benches/chairs wobbly, some bathroom tiles were lose. Washer and dryer were great but a bit small for beach towels, clothes, bath towels etc. App for pool was a bit wonky at times. It did not always respond as hostess requested but overall worked for our needs. Positives: the size is amazing! So much space and super clean. The refrigerator held everything needed to cook all our meals which is very impressive. The contact with the hostess was the BEST we ever experienced. The majority of the beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra towels were available as well as every appliance and kitchen tool needed. Dishwasher worked great. The pool was wonderful and where we spent most of our time. The house is perfectly located next to everything. The off street parking was very convenient. The play area was pretty impressive, even though our group did not use it. Would definitely book again!

There is plenty of room for a large family to spread out or gather together for games or puzzling. The pool was enjoyed by all of us. My two year old great-granddaughter enjoyed the indoor play area as well as the outdoor playground. The hostess was very helpful. Thank you for sharing you for sharing your house with us.

If y’all are looking for a place with lots of rooms and near to a lot of local attractions, this is the place. Enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining room and spent most of the time in the pool. Owners are very responsive and provide all the info you need while you stay there. There is some construction going on out front so the roads were extra congested but didn’t detract from the stay nor could the owners control that, just a heads up for people staying in the near future. Would stay again.

This place was absolutely perfect!! The house is so cool!! There were so many of us, but it never felt like we were on top of each other, even in the kitchen! Speaking of the kitchen, it was super well stocked and spacious. The backyard is incredible! So much room and the pool was exactly what we had hoped for. We were worried when the walking haunted tour started heading to the street that the house was on... but ill leave that tidbit for those that take one of the cool tours. We never had a problem haing the hot tub turned on or off for us. Thanks to whomever did that, the older "kids" loved sitting out there when the littles got out of the pool. Anyway, everyone absolutely love it and we've already talked about staying there again.

We had 13 ppl stay here, lots of room choices and bathrooms worked out well for everyone. We washed the towel/pool towels regularly as it was easy to do with the washer/dryer. Used the charcoal grill-bought some and left some...Kitchen was large, plenty of room to cook/make things. Need steak knives, did not see any. Other things were well stocked. Walking distance to the Strand district and a good walk to the gulf/pier but doable. Ubers were readily available but only used them to get back to the house. Has a bagel shop around corner-Good sandwiches both breakfast and lunch-right next to the bagel ship there is a smash burger truck-great burgers! Owners were very attentive and answered back quickly. We would stay here again.

House is deceptively spacious. Doesn’t look as big when you pull up but extends back a full block and has a second story. Plenty of room for four families with kids. Had all the dishes, appliances and toys we needed . Would definitely book again. Only suggestion is once check in get the hosts number. She is great at responding but app is laggy and you have to message her for the hot tub , requests etc

This was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. We united here from Arlington, Deer Park, Pearland, Lake Jackson and Bay City! Location was fantastic and the host was awesome. Easy to communicate with and the house big and unique. We will be back. Thank you for everything!! Pool, hot tub and close to everything Galveston has to offer…. We loved our weekend!

I cannot say enough about how nice this property is. We were of all age groups and they have stuff for everyone to do from the pool, swing sets, toy room and games for all ages. Walking distance to the beach if you decide to go. The owners are readily available to answer any questions if needed. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable. Loved the welcome snacks. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing house and location! The host was incredibly responsive to address anything we needed during our stay. Another great aspect was the indoor playroom, the playground equipment outside, and all of the accommodations for children (we were traveling with family and there were two toddlers and a baby with us). The house was very kid friendly, and so it’s a great for a large family gathering. We would absolutely book again.

The property was great. Due to weather not all our family was able to attend but for those who did we enjoyed the house greatly and all the amenities. Great location with just a quick drive up to the ocean to walk around. Host was great as well and answered in a timely manner. If we had another large family get together I would book again.

The house is amazing! We had a large group and every couple was able to have their own room. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Only draw back was we could not control it at the home. Juli was great at responing to when we wanted it on or off, but did not want to have to bother her with turning temp up or down . The location for what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go was perfect. Love the property and will be back next year.

The renters were fantastic with communication and that was much appreciated. The house was not far from the seawall, Pleasure Pier and downtown. Very nice and clean. Plenty of rooms. I think the TV by the front should be updated but that's no biggie. Also, control over the hot tub would be nice but also not a huge deal. Overall my family and I had an amazing time! We would definitely stay again!

I hosted 17 of my girlfriends and family, the host was so sweet and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! The communication when we had questions was superb! We had plenty of parking and it was a comfortable stay for everyone! Highly recommend!

Perfect gathering place for friends! We spent a long weekend with friends, and we enjoyed the pool and grill in the backyard! It was a quick walk to the beach and pier. We could not recommend this place more. Can’t wait to return and make more memories!!!

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with friends and family. The house is excellent and the owners have spent a lot of time putting together different bedroom sets so that the rooms accommodate all types of families (twin, Queen, bunks, etc!) The kitchen was very well stocked and clean! The backyard is where we spent most of our time- the pool is perfect for relaxing. A quick drive to the beach for our salt water fix and then we were back to the pool! Galveston has a lot to offer but the house itself is a destination. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this property again in the future!

The house was bigger than we expected, really love how clean everything was. No complaints from the whole group. Except it smelled humid when we first went it. Other than that everything was perfect!

This house was everything and more for our big group of 18 people ranging from 10 months old to 66 years old. There were plenty of beds and they were comfortable! Also the abundance of towels (the beach towels are to be used for the pool only so you will need to bring your own towels for the beach), plates, cups, utensils and other kitchen appliances was awesome!! Also the bathrooms were fully stocked and centrally located to all bedrooms. There is only 1 refrigerator in the kitchen (which is large) and a small one in the laundry room, so we kept the drinks in our coolers next to the refrigerator to save space. A bagel shop and Domino’s Pizza was right around the corner. There was parking in the back for 3-4 cars and parking on the street in front of the house. The host, Juli, was very responsive to all questions during our stay! We loved spending time in the pool during the late afternoons and evenings. We will definitely stay again when in Galveston and will recommend to our friends and family.

This property was amazing to say the least. The house is HUGE and so accommodating. The bedrooms were large and plentiful. The pool and backyard is gorgeous. My family had a wonderful time and we would so rent this property again on our next vacation. The Property owner, Juli, is amazing and very helpful.

This house was more than accommodating as it relates to space and all essentials. Very clean and well stocked from the kitchen, bathroom and down to the other necessities including towels. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place for larger families with kids. Very comfortable stay.
