Avec ses nombreuses activités à proximité (surf, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore), cette maison de vacances au bord de la plage est la solution idéale pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Grâce à la présence d'un parking sur place, vous pourrez décider d'y laisser votre voiture et de marcher les cinq minutes qui vous séparent de Half Moon Beach ou reprendre votre véhicule pour le trajet de 2 minutes jusqu'à Terramar Beach.
Un barbecue et la climatisation équipent également cette location avec 4 chambres et 3.5 salles de bain. Accès à Internet, télévision, lecteur DVD : vous ne manquerez de rien pour vous divertir lors de votre séjour. Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez un four, une plaque de cuisson et un réfrigérateur, mais aussi une cafetière, un micro-ondes et des ustensiles de cuisine. Parmi les autres équipements et services, vous trouverez des draps, chauffage et un service de ménage (certains jours seulement).

Great property and would definitely book again. Family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and a few enjoyed golf at Moody Gardens Golf Course. House was clean and as advertised.

We had a wonderful time and will be back! We enjoyed having coffee and drinks on the 2 large patios with beautiful views of the water. The beach is easy to access with a walkway over the dunes, and was very quiet.
The kitchen had everything we needed with a huge table and plenty of seats at the bar.
The house was incredibly neat and clean! Probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever been in.
It was nice having a master down with the other bedrooms up as we didn’t want to have to climb stairs.
The elevator was also a plus as we unpacked and brought things to the second floor.
The only problem we had was the dryer did not work, but we didn’t realize until the night before we left so in fairness we didn’t give them the opportunity or heads up to fix it.
Gary Greene rentals provided great instructions to the house, checking in and out was super easy and the house was more than we expected.
Overall great place and will be back!

The house was in a great location, just a few steps away from the beach either by the walkway over the dunes or the access road right next to the place. There was plenty of parking. The rooms and common area where very spacious and accommodated a traveling party of 15 family members. But, there were some issues that we had to deal with while there. First, the dryer was not drying very well and was giving off a foul odor. I cleaned out the vent hose which had a lot of sludge in it. After that it was ok. The upstairs suite restroom needs to have instructions on how to operate the shower, very confusing. Lastly, there were not enough towels so we constantly had to wash the bathing towels. Even with this, this was a great place and we still had a great time. And yes we would stay there again.

Everything was great about this beach house! Elevator was a plus to take up heavy ice chests! One recommendation for the owner. Open bottom floor garage door to allow parking for one car underneath the house. All houses I have stayed at allowed that option. That would ease up on the parking choices. Beautiful home!

Something worth noting that is not in the description is there is a lift elevator from the ground floor to the third floor. I can’t tell you how. nice it was to not have to carry all your stuff up three flights of stairs. The house is right on the beach with great views from all rooms. Would recommend this property and would stay here again.
