I liked the view from the balcony, facing the ocean. Pool area was in a great spot.

The facility, specifically the room needs some major upgrades in order for the owners to charge that amount. Housekeeping is definitely not their best, their were trash bags filled with trash from the previous guests stuffed in a cabinet below the sink. The floors were not clean at all, I had black socks on, when took them off, you could clearly see all kinds of trash, including animal hair. The bathrooms were dirty around the trim area that goes around the entire tub. The shower curtain was torn off and clearly somebody just tied it to the curtain pole. The bunk room was tiny, I know it's for children but come on! The fan in the master room made noise on every speed.

Location appropriate, facility decent & View was EXCELLENT!

Ants were present in living room, bed room & bed was mobile in main bedroom.

The view was beautiful and location was perfect.

The condo itself was clean, except for a box of markers that was found under the guest bedroom bed. There were several things either broke or needed updating. The toilet paper holder in main bathroom was broke, clear shower curtain liner was dirty, chairs on balcony were dirty, pictures of inside condo were misleading, bedroom with bunk beds was a lot smaller than shown in pictures. Overall I would say it was ok to stay for a weekend getaway but not any longer for a family of 8.

The view from our room was great!

We did not receive our basic amenities till Wednesday at 3.. We arrived Monday!!! When I ask the staff at the Victorian EVERYONE plays Stupid and doesn't care!!! Get your stuff together I will never be back and I will tell my friends to not book also!!!

We enjoyed the balcony and great view right across the street from the beach. Both pools were very nice and our grandkids had a blast swimming. It was walking distance to Walmart and several restaurants. And we enjoyed the two rocking chairs on the balcony.

There was a metal piece and a couple screws off in the tub. The shower worked all right though. The little plastic table on the balcony needs to be replaced. It was cracked and wobbly.
