I got wet floor when I check in at 5pm Yohhhh the size of the television it's so small The heater was not working ND it was cold

Nothing, terrible service

The service was very poor, tried to change the dates but the property ignored my request numerous times. The stuff was not helpful after giving them a call, would not recommend.

the environment was quite okay

there is no bar fridges for you to put your drinks

it is clean, nice and quiet

there should be more comtrolled access at the gate to avoid criminals

Everything.....firstly the room service The lady at the reception was very rude and she had an attitude we paid for three nights and she only recorded one night.Just ruined our plans for the weekend

The place is quite pleasant, very clean and cosy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is always hot water available thought out the entire time. The property was very safe as there was security and surveillance. An even greater addition is the generator, which kicks in a few seconds just after loadshedding.

Really, nothing much to complain about, however a kettle and just a few utensils would've been such a great addition to the overall stay.

Price is good. Good shower

Very noisy location. Next to a Service station. Rooms are hot, no ventilation, have to open the Window, but then all the noise comes in. There's no kettle or fridge. Can't make coffee or bring food. There was a major noisy fight outside. Security couldn't control it. Drunk guests. Nobody could sleep. Walls are very thin. No elevator for luggage. Very inconvenient. You will never sleep with the noise from the service station.
