Location, quiet, cleanliness.
There was kind of connection problem with staff. Communication only by email was difficult. Several times I asked to be in touch with me, at least via WhatsApp, but it never happened.

Lokalizacja blisko części studenckiej, w której znajdują się restauracje, sklepiki, bary. Polecam zdecydowanie jedzonko w knajpce Club 35 - przepyszne;-)
Do centrum kawał drogi, ale można dostać się tam metrem po kilkunastominutowym marszu od apartamentu do stacji. Miejscówka ciepła, dobrze wyposażona, choć niewielka.

Апартамента разполага с всички необходими удобства. Стаята е просторна и чиста. Има обособен кухненски бокс с всичко необходимо.
Няма подсигурено паркомясто, ако сте с кола е необходимо да търсите къде да паркирате около блока или съседните улички. Апартамента се намира на главна улица и е доста шумно.

the owner is chill and understanding
the apartment is 10/10, super clean, default, white theme, awesome view from the balcony, especially at night
has AC, a cool wide tv, enough kitchen tools to fry something or make a soup
fridge is huge and clean too
the shower vibes are amazing, really cool LED lights i love them
i also love how theres a pod for washing clothes in the machine, and some coffee gor the coffee machine (tho i recommend a different brand of coffee)
wi fi is strong af too
overall one of the best apartments ive been to
very clean, minimalistic
pls buy a proper kitchen knife tho i cant slice carrots with the one you got =D
also get some toilet paper for the guests, 1 roll is not enough
also would be cool to change our sheets once
but these are very minor inconveniences, we still loved the apartment so 10/10 for sure

It was very well-equipped, everything was new and the location was great! You get what you see in the pictures! 🤌
It could have been a bit cleaner. It was clean but I noticed some corners with mold and in the bathroom sink some hair.

The studio was compact, but had everything that you need. The location is good, we got lucky to find parking spot close since the parking is on the street.
The refrigerator was making horrible loud noise. I had to turn it off in order to sleep. We were sleeping with open balcony door and I was awakened two times by strong smell of cigarettes in the middle of the night, when I got out on the balcony I didn’t know where it was coming from since it didn’t smelled outside, but in the end we slept with closed door and turned on hood.

Apartment in a completely new building, very kind landlords who were happy to help with anything small we needed.
For those who need it, there is also a new washing machine (in fact, everything is new in this apartment)

Definitely recommended place
There is free parking on the street, but the number of spaces may require a short search
All in all, we loved it. recommended!
