We loved our weeklong stay in this apartment! There was plenty of room for our family of nine (7 adults and 2 children). Bedrooms and kitchens were spacious, the apartment clean and furnished, and the check in process was smooth. The location is fantastic. It’s right across from the park, next to the subway, and surrounded by great restaurants and grocery stores. Atanasko and Sanya were so responsive and helpful in managing our reservation. Highly recommended!

We had another VRBO reservation which cancelled on us the day before our stay. Atanasko, the property owner of this flat, was able to allow us to stay on very short notice. We appreciated his responsiveness and flexibility to make the stay work. The flat was spacious for our 7 people who were staying. We enjoyed the flat and really enjoyed the neighborhood that the flat was in. It was across the street from Hyde Park and within walking distance of Kensington Palace. Plenty of places to eat right outside on the same street. Really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at this location after Christmas, 2023. There were many positives. First, the location was fantastic. There were many great restaurants and pubs a stones throw from the apartment. Highly recommend Pizza Pilgrims and Grillandia. There is a grocery store down the block as well as a Starbucks and Amorino’s for gelato. Kensington Palace and its park are right across the street and there are two tube stations near the apartment which was great. It is also easy to get a taxi if you need one. The apartment itself was ok. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. They provided plenty of towels. The check in and check out process was easy. There is a front door staff in the evenings and the unit located on the 3rd floor so you feel safe. The building itself is dated. There are no electrical outlets in the bathrooms and only one outlet near a mirror in one bedroom so getting ready and drying your hair was a challenge. The electrical system may need updating as the hairdryer would only run for 2-3 minutes and would shut off bc it was overheated. The common area is as it is photographed. Not much too it. The unit itself needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. There is a hole in the floor near the main bathroom which needs to be fixed. The bathrooms are very small. I did relay this information w the people from whom we rented the unit and they assured me that these issues would be addressed.

Quick trip for 5 ladies to London and we wanted to stay close to Hyde Park with access to the tube. You couldn't get any closer than this! Atanasko was a delight to work with on short notice. We booked his apartment because it had an astonishing 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths!! Each of us had our own space to sleep but enough room to either gather in the kitchen for morning coffee or sit in the living room until the late hours of the night. This place was perfect! You are next door to Queensway Station and across the street is the NW entrance to Hyde Park. Atanasko met us at the apartment upon arrival and showed us around. He was a true gentleman and lovely to meet. This apartment would be great for families and a girls trip! The building is locked and there is a security person on staff. There is an elevator or stairs if you choose to get to the apartment. Grocery stores, Starbucks and access to great restaurants very close by. We loved Garum (Italian food)! I will keep this apartment in mind for my return trips to London! Thank you for a great stay!!

Me and my friends had a wonderful time at this flat! The host was amazing and really went above and beyond during our stay there. I would highly recommend staying here and will be coming back!

This apartment worked beautifully for us. There is plenty of space either for friends traveling together or for a family. There is a nice fully functional kitchen to cook in, if you so desire. The neighborhood has everything you need. There are 2 underground stations, shops and very good restaurants. You are also just steps from Hyde Park.
