The rooms were decorated to a very high standard exceptionally clean Matt & Amanda were superb hosts very friendly nothing was too much trouble the breakfast was delicious best we have ever had would definitely recommend staying here no one would be disappointed Tony&Shirley Paul&Johanna

I always run warm, so aircon would always be on my list - but I know this isn’t always possible in old buildings. We did have a fan though which was great!

Beautifully appointed room…had everything we needed for a super stay. Comfy bed, lovely linen..fresh milk in our fridge. Lots of lovely touches! Great breakfast. Our hosts were so friendly, helpful & welcoming…highly recommended 5 🌟👌

Very friendly hosts. Amazing amount of good quality freshly preped food for breakfast. A very comfortable and clean accommodation in easy reach of the main town and seafront. Would highly recommend it.

Absolutely everything was perfect! From the off street parking and genuinely warm welcome when we arrived, to the beautiful bedroom and location just an easy walk into town, to the comfortable bed and fab shower and amazing breakfast the next morning. (I was catered for as a vegan perfectly! The best vegan full English I've had!!) The only downside was I wish we'd been able to stay longer.

Everything about the accommodation, couldn't fault it. The breakfast was amazing too, so much choice. Full English was beautifully cooked. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, lovely people.

Loved the cleanliness and decor of the place. The room was very big, comfortable, warm and cozy. It was well equipped and very quiet. It was perfect to come back to after a long day of hiking and sight seeing. The breakfast was also very very good.

Shower/bathroom was lovely and hot but a little lack of power/pressure. A minor point however.

From the moment we arrived to Devonshire Villa the host Amanda was extremely welcoming and so friendly, swift check in and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to it.The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were modern and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was just amazing ,a huge variety and massive portions. Had to ask Amanda to half the the portions for the next few days. Definitely sets u up for the rest of the day. The bed was super comfy and room was spacious. Both hosts Amanda and Matt were so accommodating. A lovely 3 nights break . Will hope to return again 1 day. Lovely 3 day days in ilfracombe, woolacombe and Lynton.

Warm friendly welcome from Amanda and Matt. Beautifully decorated communal areas and bedrooms. Parking outside hotel. Easy walk into town centre. Lovely extra touches to make stay comfortable. Big bedroom. Breakfast choice and quality was amazing. Excellent value for money.

Excellent clean room with comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! The host had cookies and milk for us upon our arrival.

Breakfast was superb and really sets you up for the day. The Devonshire Villa is about 15 minutes walk into town and obviously a short car journey.

Room and facilities were exceptional.Spotless, high standards throughout. Breakfast very tasty and generous. Warm and welcoming hosts. Close to town and a great location to explore the area. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.
