Cleanliness and staff was friendly and accommodating

No mirrors in the bathrooms, no microwave

Swimming wasn't working, alot of noise at night coming from no where, it was scary. When I cancelled my booking the owner was rude towards me.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Even thou there was loadshedding, the water was always hot for showers.

I think it would be better if guests were to get their own Keys to open the gate Whenever they go out or come in, just so that the staff can get some rest.

The rooms were pkay but the location was not very nice

It was my birthday so i had booked 5 rooms for 9 people and when I got there we were only given 4 rooms because apparently it was the weekend d and it was busy even though I paid for 5 rooms.. When I got there the staff was not helpful regarding the issue. They just told me to call their property and when I did, the person that I was speaking to told me that I can't get a refund.. even though it was their fault.. I was only given the option to get a room the next time that I come.. but why would I given the treatment that I got... they need to do better at solving issues and making sure that their clients are happy

No food its self catering yet no kitchen making it crammed up in the room

There could have been a kitchen area to prepare food in

I liked the area and the set up, good value for money, some good peace and quiet

They gave me the smallest room, the reception young lady tried to help with a few things but seemed quiet and lacked enthusiasm for her work

The location is great. The safety of guests are on point.

They should be a microwave in the room because it is self-catering.
