It was soo amazing, near an welcoming

The property could use a good sprucing up a bit. Like reattach the wallpaper to the wall and fix the toilets so they flush properly. Breakfast wasn't bad but wasn't all that great either, it needed a little more variety and better coffee. The carpets need replaced and the front desk needs to be bigger.

There is no wifi only in the lobby and partially in the hallway. They double charge for the security deposit and then make it like it's your room fee. The housekeeping staff half way clean the room. Unless you are checking out or catch housekeeping while cleaning the empty rooms they will not refresh your linens, towels, or toiletries. Also the young female front desk worker is very stuck up.

After checking i went to room only to go back to the front desk because my key didnt work. Once that was resolved, I got into my room and was thankful i didnt have a black light with me. I have stayed at a few quality inns but this one by far was the absolute worse. Im pretty sure choice hotels would love to hear how bad it is. Never mind having to pay them 10 bucks to park my car in their lot.

Toilet running nonstop and leaking all over bathroom floor. Many things in need of repair. Positives: Sheets/towels and room in general was clean and bug free. Bed was not bad and pillows were fine.

The price and cleanliness were good. The hotel is run down, there are holes and patch marks all over the hotel and in our room on the ceilings and walls. The furniture is ripped and torn. The outside door that requires a room key is not turned on so anyone can come in. The room doors have to be slammed to shut and lock. The toilet runs all the time. The running water from above is so loud you have to keep the bathroom door shut. The breakfast bar is subpar but has what it takes for breakfast to get on the road. The area is not the nicest if that is what you are looking for.

I booked this room and then realized this was not the location I was traveling to. I requested a refund and even told them I would still be booking with this chain, just at a different location. They refused to give me my money back. I will never book with them again!

Riverview and access to river path

Toilet was not working properly, due to the water flap was held together by wire and i had to take the tank lid off and fix it every time i flush the toilet.

The room was gross. Smelt like mildew and the hallway smelt like urine. There was some concerning looking people constantly nearby. The sheets were inside out, stains on the curtains, the list goes on. The people we took the trip with had more problems with their room than us. They had a hole in their floor under their bathroom sink, and the whole room smelt like urine and smoke. Our other friends had dead bugs on their walls and we had dust on everything.

Clean, but smelly and noisy. Beautiful view of the river. Not a nice or safe location at night.

The check in wasn't smooth. Individual that checked me in didn't explain why my credit carrd was charged prior to our arrival. It was finally explained by the individual that checked in my friend.

It's okay but didn't like the extra charge for early check in and extra charge for parking customers. The carpet looks old and dirty..

The hotel was in a sketchy part of town. The pool was actually next door and closed. Very limited breakfast offered. The hotel and rooms need a big update.

Should be renovated long time ago. Staff are nice. Breakfast - no hot food, only cold and dry.

Hotel was the worst I have ever seen. The 1st room we were given had been slept in and used and wasn’t cleaned. The 2nd room had visible stains and mold in the room. We did not stay. They just wanted to keep offering different rooms.

Do not stay here. We were only needing a place to sleep overnight so we were not concerned in advance that it was more of a budget-friendly option, though still positioned as a clean and safe accommodation. In addition to significant disrepair of the building, right after checking in we had to go to front desk to get one of the two rooms changed as the bed was disturbed and there was a horrible smell in the room. Both rooms were dirty (crumbs and sticky solution on carpets, our kids couldn’t walk around in socks), there were stains on the bed sheets, and one bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Upon inspecting the rooms we simply could not stay there as it was so unclean and felt unsafe for children. We called Expedia who advised the hotel and they said refund would be arranged Monday ( as it was after hours on a weekend) we booked alternate accommodation and left. When we got to our alternate location, the front desk staff there mentioned that this location is known for being unsafe, unclean, and not a family friendly location. In follow up on the refund on Monday, we were simply told by Expedia that “the manager has decided not to refund the booking” and nothing they can do.

We were visiting the area with another family. They checked in but was very apprehensive because of the area and then when they got to their room. It looked like someone broke in with a crowbar at one point. The walls had marks all over them. They checked out. We did not even check in. The pictures are deceiving.

The property was really dirty. I checked in and out of rm 151. The door latch was broken in half. The bed sheets had blood & other fluids on them. The bathroom was missing part of the wall. When i complained, the front desk invited me to look at another room. Even though I was sick to my stomach I agreed to try. There was food crumbs on the bed & lotion on the headboard. I barely escaped vomiting when the employee smeared it around. Not sure why she touched it. In any case, Im in a different hotel and city every week, take my word for it. This place is gross.

Housekeeping was great Hotel was older so it wasn’t very nice stuff but not terrible.

Closer restaurant

Hotel staff were rude, overcharging thing that I never ever used, hotel deplorable conditions, NO toilet paper, dirty filthy towels, mold all over the bathroom, broken sheets, charged for parking without offering security, got to checkout earlier due to the bad conditions and they charged me almost $100 over. Absolutely the worst disgusting hotel stay ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

I had a really nice room this time ,! I could stay in this room every time!
