We enjoyed our stay although the room looked a bit dated. Overall, the bed was comfortable, there was an old world charm and the staff were very professional and helpful. We loved the concierge via WhatsApp! The response was fast and we enjoyed great convenience just by texting our questions. Location-wise, the hotel is well served by TST and East TST MTR stations. Very convenient. The Tang Court at the hotel, which served excellent dim sum, is also a great place for a nice meal. We are very happy with our stay at The Langham!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service, we shall return in 2025.

I always love the Langham - great rooms, excellent service. Only thing i would suggest (which very few hotels provide) is that they have a loan hair straightener. It's something many females want. The only main downside is that the rooms aren't very light, and even the ones that get more light have the windows partly obscured by large (beautiful) curtains. I'd love to have blinds that can be lowered, and curtains that don't obscure the light.

Location is great walking distance to ferries great restaurants in safe location. Room was great size and well appointed with coffeee pod machine and comfortable bed. Housekeeping perfect. Breakfast buffet - okay so we travel a lot around the world and have had some great hotel breakfasts to compare this to. I get this hotel is in Hong Kong so i expect there to be a large Asian cuisine offering however the western options were limited by comparison. The coffee was not drinkable to me and way too strong - there is a machine for self service but we kept getting ushered away to order form the table probably due to congestion. Not much point when then coffee ordered form table is terrible. There appeared to be no actual butter most days just a white substance that was sliced on a plate looked like feta cheese but clearly supposed to be butter or margarine of some type. A couple of times we were seated under a cooling vent which was freezing and asked to be moved to vacant two person tables but apparently the window seats are reserved for higher paying guests. We largely found the male wait staff in the restaurant to be abrupt and not accommodating so we stopped asking and on the last day my husband completely skipped breakfast which is unlike him. I just went and got a coffee. To be honest the whole breakfast thing put us off doing the dinner buffet and afternoon tea at the hotel which is something we have done many times at the Melbourne and Sydney langham .

Below average experience above average price. At best I would describe the hotel as insipid

It was a nice hotel. Very convenient location for shopping and dining.

Wonderful hotel in a great and convenient location. Staff were fantastic and helpful regarding our enquiries about Hong Kong. Only one slight downside was the clear smell of mould on our floor throughout the passageways. This was not evident in our room so it must have been an issue with plumbing issues which affected the carpets.
