The pleasant aroma on the lobby floor makes you feel like you're in a good hotel the moment you enter. The view from the room wasn't particularly good, but it was clean and comfortable. If the view was a little better it would be perfect, but since it's in a central location I guess that can't be helped. Access is quite convenient, and commercial facilities and the station are definitely within walking distance. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The Langham has become our default hotel in Hong Kong, where we lived for many years. Unmatched service, great location, and the Tang Court (three Michelin stars) where we had dined for over twenty years.

We were travelling as a group of 5 and we loved everything about the property. Location, fabulous rooms, great pool. We would definitely recommend the property and can’t wait to stay here when we return to Hong Kong.

Very nice hotel in Tim Sha Tsui. Rooms are very comfortable. Service was great. Breakfast is expensive.

We stayed on the executive level with a lovely view of Victoria Harbour. Our room was amazing. High quality towels and linen. Bed super comfortable. Room very quiet. Nice to have “ the langham club” to enjoy some food options during the day. Although coffee can definitely be improved.Staff was super friendly always with a smile and willing to assist. The location of this hotel is outstanding. It is around the corner from the biggest shopping Centre in Hong Kong. It is very close to MTR station as well as the ferry. Can’t wait to come back.

The hotel was a great location with the best beds and pillows for tired travellers, a lovely bath, great roof top pool and super michelin star restaurant.

Everything is wonderful

Very quiet, safe and clean. Food was wonderful and in room dining service very fast and convenient. Protein shake in the morning was delivered very fast and a perfect breakfast. Staff was helpful and accommodating, will definitely return in the future!

Excellent location

A nice stay in Tsim Sha Tsui. Well located hotel and beautifully decorated. Concierge service via WhatsApp is very helpful. There was a loud humming noise between 8am and 11pm that was unbearable in room 1024, so we asked to move. No problems after. Laundry service was outrageously expensive - $6 for a pair of socks. Very clean rooms and comfortable.

Initially i didnt want to leave a review as I have always been happy with bookings through hotels.com . However, I was not very happy with my stay at the Langham. The toilet amenities were not replenished on our last night - which was fine by us. But the beds werent even what I called made up. It was simply put together in a rush, not tucked in etc. Certainly not the standard of Langham and we spotted the bottle cap on the floor - not cleared by housekeeping. The front office staff could be a little nicer but concierge was fantastic. If I were to stay at Langham again it would be because of them.

Old British style luxury hotel with lots of character. The location has easy access to local transport, including subway entrance within 60 feet of the entrance as well as two-three short blocks to the Star Ferry station. World class shopping is literally feet away with every luxury brand store imaginable within three blocks along with a world-class mall on top of that.

The hotel is good. The only problem is that you have to wait till 3 PM to actually get your room. This will be a problem if you arrive in the morning.

Very nice interior and service till the last day. Asked for late check out. Then when I came back to the hotel (before check out time on the last day), I was locked out. I had to call the reception to open the door for us. The person took awhile to arrive and didn’t even apologise but asked me what’s wrong and all questions, when I haven’t even asked him what was wrong that caused us to be locked out.

This is a great hotel to stay when travelling to Kowloon. they serve a very good breakfast every morning, with both European and Asian choices. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minute walk to the Star Ferry terminal, and minutes form great shopping malls , major stores, hundreds of eateries and many bars. The staff in this hotel go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasant as possible, especially the room maids who always greet you every day with a smile and some friendly chat. The rooms are large and very well equipped. Only a couple of slight negatives to mention. 1. They do not provide and sugar in the room, so if you take your teat/coffee with sugar then you would need to bring your own, or grab some from the breakfast room when your in there. 2. We found the coffee service to be a bit of hit and miss on occasions. Some mornings it was fine, but on others, we had to chase it up before getting our coffee. Also, when they pour the coffee into your mug, they only ever fill it to half way full, never to the top? We could never understand why they did this? However, neither of the two points above really detract from this being a fantastic hotel in a great location with superb staff. If we ever go back to Hong Kong, we would not hesitate to stay at the Langham again. Highly recommend this hotel

Loved this hotel. Great location. Great size rooms. very clean. hotel staff is nice and speaks English well. Breakfast was good as well. no complaints.
