Overall great stay. Rooms did smell and feel a bit moist. Close to many great restaurants and Walgreens is right across the street which was very convenient.

It was good the only problem we got a room located on the sunrise so we had sunlight around 5:30 am

The phone in the room doesn’t work the jacuzzi was very dirty we stay there 6 days never see none one to clean it pool the same no towels in the pool area you go ask for it and they say they will send someone with towels and never come parking is terrible sometimes it opens other times you have to go and ask for someone to open I will never stay there again.

They had horrible electricity turning on and off at random times.

It is in a nice area, but it is a bit pricey.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating. Our front desk attendant even texted me to see how everything was going. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and other hotels. I loved that they had beach chairs and umbrellas saved for the guests and they offered free bottles of water which is a most walking around San Juan. The only bad thing is that I don't get my Hilton points because I booked through Expedia...

AC unit was leaking . Property is located in a very crowded place and doesn’t have private beach as shown in the picture .

During my five-night stay at the Condado Palm Inn, I found it to be the most average Hilton property I've encountered. On the positive side, the hotel's location is highly convenient, with a Walgreens directly across the street and another convenience store nearby. Additionally, a beach, several restaurants, and souvenir shops are within close proximity, although the beach is not recommended for swimming due to strong rip currents. The front desk staff was helpful during check-in, making the arrival process smooth. However, the experience was marred by several disappointments. The property itself shows signs of neglect, with chipped paint, watermarks, and peeling doors. The housekeeping service was subpar, with rooms not fully cleaned on a daily basis, and the same sheets, including one with a hole, remained unchanged throughout my stay. I frequently had to visit the lobby to request towels, teacups, and sugar packs, as these were not replenished. Moreover, my personal blue towel went missing after housekeeping, with only a weak apology from management and no resolution. It is perplexing how a blue towel could be mistaken for the hotel's white ones and then be irretrievable. Lastly, check-out was frustrating as I had to insist repeatedly with the floor manager to have my refundable security deposit returned, despite having already paid taxes and fees at check-in and providing a receipt for the deposit.

The property is falling apart the paint is peeling off from the main entrance ceiling the bathroom toilet area leaking water all over the floor

Property had funny smell in various room. AC had issues....leaking water in rooms. Damp sheet, comfort, Hot water issues. No hot water....different rooms then they say easy fix. Its no way Hilton Standards. GO stay somewhere else

Hotel shows signs of age and weather, but the Condado location is great with lots to do nearby. Great for a short stay.

close to beach, easy access to several areas.. had to request linens in the room due to not having them one day, and the floors weren’t the cleanest. but overall it was a good stay

The water kept going on and off so it was prolonging everything. The air conditioner dose not go off so it was freezing. Its been 10days i haven't received my deposit

It is very important the first contact client and welcoming staff. The need to be more detailed explaining the hotel amenities during the initial process and more lively.

I only gave this rating because my fiance and I fell down the steps of the Jacuzzi and we weren't even drinking! They should definitely put something on the steps to prevent others from getting hurt!! Other then that my stay was perfect from superb customer service and excellent con leche at the chocolate cafe that's attached to the hotel. Oh I also didn't like the extra cost for parking

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very large I was in a corner unit. It was in good condition but it's very dated and needs updating I think Hilton just bought it recently there is no construction going up next door so you have to be ready to get up early in the morning pretty much at sunlight which is 6:30 now. No hot water but I have found that it pretty much every place that I've stayed at and I traveled all around the island along the coast I think just two places had hot water

Stay was great. Will definitely be back! The only complaint is that the bikes that came with the room weren’t available.
