The hotel is fine the staff was great. We drove 13 hours (road trip from Virginia traveling to South Dakota) and showed at 3 pm for check in just to be informed that the hotel canceled my reservation. They did not call me . I was using my phone as GPS so they send a email about the cancelation. What really disappointed me was that I called a day earlier to make sure everything was fine and I was informed that everything was great and waiting for our arrival. Thank God! One of the associates was able to find us rooms on spot. We could not get the bed requirement because there were no more 2 queen beds room available. Nice place but I don’t find them reliable. Will never booked with them again. I have use hotels.com for more than 10 years and this is the only hotel that canceled my reservation upon arrival. On our return trip we stayed next door on the IHG hotel better service. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. You need peace of mind when traveling and they are not reliable. We book the other hotels in advance and we did not encounter any issue. Just with this one.

Loved staying at this hotel for my overnight stay in Chicago! It was close to Chicago Midway airport, had a continental breakfast, had an airport shuttle, friendly and professional staff, and my room was very clean and spacious! It was within close walking distance to many restaurant options! I would definitely stay here and again and recommend this hotel to family and friends!

I was in Chicago near Midway airport and there were many restaurants nearby and walking distance. Giordano’s is always wonderful to eat at. I love being able to get their pizza while I was staying nearby.

Pretty sure I had a spring that was loose or broken in my bed, made for a less than pleasant night sleep. Breakfast was included but for the rate away from downtown I was hoping for better quality. Had 3 nights at the hotel and only one of the breakfast left me satisfied. Some of the furnishings and the entertainment value at the hotel was poor. Spending $150 per night should get you more than $65 options. Felt like a 2-star hotel experience instead of a 3-star.

The stay was good overall. I can't really complain, but I'd just say it wasn't "the best" of the Hamptons I've stayed at. The facility is a little tight in terms of physical space in the lobby/breakfast area, as well as in the room. It's not incredibly spacious. Also, it's a bummer to have to pay $24/day for parking. Nothing majorly wrong with the stay overall though. The location was ideal for being close to the city, without the major prices of downtown properties. Thank you, Hampton.
